Highly recommend Plumb Smart Technologies. They responded to my email request right away and setup and appointment the next day for a technician to come look at my job. I received an estimate that day which was very fair and reasonable. Andrew, the technician, was very knowledgeable, professional, hard working and found a solution to every obstacle he encountered to complete the job. I had them run a new gas line to the kitchen so I could use a gas stove. I feel the whole company went above and beyond with their service and concern from my needs. Fantastic. They were awesome, knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable with them.

It all went very well. Raymond and Jason did a good job.

Plumbers were prompt, diagnosed the problem (tree roots in the line), opened up the line, ran a camera down the line to see how bad the problem was, and gave us a quote for replacement of the old line. In the process, an old brittle pipe broke and they were back the next morning to fix the broken pipe. We discovered the replacement problem was complicated, so the owner came out and figured out a better solution than a straight replacement - with a fair quote for the work. I am getting a second quote to compare, but I would not hesitate to use PlumbSmart for all the work, if the second quote is comparable.

Tech showed up on time and assessed the problem and provided a quote. He stared work immediately. Problem was a mis-seated wax seal. The seal was replaced and toilet reset and secured. The tec tested and retested to make sure problem was resolved. I would definitely use PlumbSmart again.

Plumbsmart got the job done after two other plumbing companies viewed the set-up and begged out due to what appeared to me to be a lack of expertise. Our old water heater supported both domestic water needs and our radiant floor heating. The plumbing surrounding the unit looked fairly complex. Plumbsmart came in, evaluated the work that was needed, provided an estimate, responsively scheduled the work, and accomplished the job quickly within the given estimate. Now have warm home/hot showers/energy efficient tankless system..Very satisfied.

They always responded promptly, were courteous and fixed the problems that we had in a timely fashion. We call them when we have a problem and they come quickly and get it straightened out.

Pete and Brandon were friendly and ready to get to work. They repaired the leaky faucet, including a trip to Ace to get parts, and some other small problems. We can't say enough how pleasant and professional they were. All in less than an hour.

The service was excellent because they need to rip out all the pipes and replaced them with a new pipes, No supervision was needed and I don't have any complaints with their work, nor their workers. the place was neat, they cleaned up after themselves for any materials inside and outside the house that was used to replace the pipes. They arrived ahead of time scheduled. It was a reasonable price.

They scheduled promptly the same day that I called, within 2 hours of the call. The technician was very professional and determined to fix our problem. He eventually was able to pinpoint the blockage deep in the pipes and successfully and cheerfully rectified the problem!

Don makes a great impression when you talk to him- but when it came time to do the work, he sent an inexperienced plumber's assistant who made fatal changes to the bathroom plan that resulted in failed inspections. He also misrouted several major lines requiring re-doing of carpentry work and an extra hole in the roof. We called him repeatedly to notify him of problems, but even when he eventually called back, he rarely visited the jobsite, provided no supervision to his laborer, and ended up costing us about $1800 in extra labor, in addition to a full month of lost rent due to delaying other contractors repeatedly due to failed inspections.

He is not the least expensive, but he does have the most people so I think price-wise we are going to give him a C. I told him what I had in mind and he kind of wanted to bait and switch me a little bit. I had a thing in mind and he was wanting to pooh-pooh that idea in favor of something that he wanted me to do. He finally ended up doing what I wanted him to do but if I didn't know what I was talking about I think he would have swayed me over to his side. That is why we are going to give him a C on that. He was trying to bait and switch I think and I don't know whether he had my best interests at heart or whether he had his best interests at heart. So punctuality, he showed up when he said he would and did what he said. I think that his guys were all very professional. The guys were all here and they did a really good job. I think in future I am probably going to give somebody else a try. Nothing against him but I think I'll talk to some other plumbers then I may give them a try if I have a pluming issue next time.

PlumbSmart Tech has installed toliets in 3 bathrooms in this home.  The communication with the office for scheduling, etc has always been A+.  The young ladies on the phone are extremely nice & efficient!  The work has always been completed in a timely manner & the men are punctual. <br /> <br />The variable seems to be a stress from the amount of work they have on the schedule and the manpower to complete the work. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />

I had an old two handle Sears faucet with 6" on center connections.  Since I was unable to locate any place to obtain a similar model, I decided I needed a plumber to re-do the pipes, which had some galvanized connections, and replace it with a current design fixture. <br /> Monday Dec 2, 2013   Called Plumbsmart.  Amy checked the schedule and set up an appointment for Thurdsday, Dec 5th, between 12 and 1. <br /> Thursday, Dec 5, at 11:30 AM Michael came and examined the faucet location, the back of the wall where I had removed drywall <br /> for access.  He took pictures and measurements. <br /> He said he would discuss ideas for accomplishing the repair and they would get back to me on Monday, since the company <br /> Christmas party was to be the next afternoon.  Since this was a planned change, and not an emergency, this was ok with me. <br /> Over the next two weeks, I made several calls, speaking with Amy or Kathy, asking them to have someone call me with the plan and estimate. No one called. <br /> On Wed Dec 18th I used the contact section of their website asking "Why have you not called with the estimate and to schedule the work.  It has been 13 days since Michael came and looked at our faucet.  I am weary of waiting" <br /> That afternoon, Don Hilderbrand called saying he would look at Michael's pictures and get back in a couple of days. <br /> January 2, I received an email from Mr Hilderbrand.  He was apologetic about the delay.  Said he was unable to find a faucet to replace mine.  That the dimensions were such that it would probably need the entire wall replaced. <br /> But included no plan or estimate of time or cost to do it. <br /> I knew it was a hard job.  That was why I was trying to hire a plumber to do it.  I was not simply looking for a confirmation of my <br /> assessment. <br /> Since after ONE MONTH trying to get them to make a proposal, they had still not given me an estimate for cost and completion, I chose to look for a different plumber. <br /> The punctuality rating is for Michael's prompt arrival for the inspection.  He came when expected and did a thorough inspection. <br />

Prompt, nice people, a couple of 'challenges', but it turned out ok.   Lowes sent a wrong toilet and wrong seat. PlumbSmart should check products against work order.  PlumbSmart said I needed a 10 inch rough toilet for one, turned out a 12 inch rough was needed. Lowes allowed an exchange to make it right.  We just had to live without the service of one toilet for two days.  I suppose no project is without its rough edges. Used one of our shelves to nail to the wall to support back edge of vanity top. I could have supplied a 2x4 if asked.  Better communication could have smoothed these edges out. Other Suggestion: should bring their own towels for wipe up. They used  our good towels, one of which ended up in the trash. <br />
