PLY Solutions

In 2022, I paid Basement Pros/Renovation Solutions thousands of dollars for poly injections to stabilize our basement, driveway, carport and front walk. The contract “guarantee[d] stabilization” of the concrete, but the work has failed (eg, the carport concrete is clearly separating from the house). It seems like "Basement Pros" effectively became "PLY Solutions" sometime in 2022-2023. The Basement Pros and PLY Solutions had/have the same physical address and owner. Some online reviews of PLY Solutions still refer to it as “Basement Pros” and mention individual staff members by name who formerly worked for Basement Pros. A search of the Internet Archive confirms that PLY Solutions' company profile page on Angi/HomeAdvisor used to be titled "Basement Pros." There is very strong evidence that PLY Solutions *effectively* if not technically replaced Basement Pros. I have been trying to contact PLY Solutions about fixing their mistakes or refunding my money, but they have not responded.

Basement Pros were professional, provided excellent service, and quality work. Recommend then for any work they offer.

These guys are great. Basement stairs drain got clogged so water made in through the back door. Destroyed the carpet and drywall. The cleaning company did their part, and Basement Pros took care of the rest. Professional techs, polite and professional phone service. John was great to work with. Hopefully this doesn't happen again, but if it does, I know who to call.

I had standing water in my backyard and also water leaked in the basement. John came up with good solution for yard drainage, it took away water from the house. Also did a great job on basement waterproofing. I am so happy that I don't need to be worried anymore when it rains. Definitely recommend! Crew was very kind and highly professional from the beginning till the end, all work was done on time as was agreed. Great job guys!
