PMC Tree Service inc

They responded immediately after Anglies List contacted them. The work they performed was fast and clean. The clean up was impeccable. Although they were 45 min late arriving they finished the work in about an hour.

PMC Tree Service was great.  My  request for a quote was answered promptly and they were able to schedule the work for two days later.   <br /> They verified our permit and trimmed our overgrown street tree.  It is now beautifully shaped and no longer in danger of branches breaking off in a storm.  Another tree that was too close to the house was removed and two additional stumps were ground down.  I highly recommend PMC.  They arrived on time, work was performed with a minimum of disruption and noise and they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.    Crew was so nice and professional. <br />

The workers arrived on time and finished early. They cleaned the entire <br /> work area. The owner even OFFERED to come back in the spring and trim my <br /> two birch trees (they can only be cut early in the year) at no cost! I <br /> am very happy with their work!

Jose and his team showed up on Sunday morning ! <br /> They diligently removed the palm tree piece by piece, cleaned up the area.   <br /> They also removed a small tree from backyard and did some pruning. <br /> Overall, the guys were very quick, professional and responsive. <br />

Crew arrived on time and completed tree work as discussed. They were clearly mindful of safety for themselves as well as my property and that of my neighbors. This was reassuring.  They were professional. I would use them for future tree work. <br />

Contacting the company was somewhat confusing. There's a web page or two, and a couple of phone numbers. The main phone number was disconnected -- never a good sign. But, I sent a contact email from the AngiesList web site and was promptly contacted by Jose. From then on, I communicated with him at his cell phone. <br /> There were some other yellow flags in my mind, such as different street addresses for the business from different sources. <br /> Despite these doubts, we were pleased with previous service from PMC and accepted their bid to do the job. The were able to do the job quickly -- in one day, and only a few days after I first contacted them. <br /> While quality of their work was excellent the previous time, it was just and quot;OKand quot; this time. The trees to be removed were taken care of just fine. However, some of the trees to be trimmed got a chop job that wasn't very attractive. Perhaps we should have been more specific and involved in explaining the desired outcome. <br /> I would consider to use PMC again, but would tend to use them for simpler jobs, or make sure that it was very clear how we wanted to trimming to look afterward. <br /> <br />

We met the owner on the street as he was trimming trees at a neighbor's house. He offered to give an estimate for our trees. <br /> The estimator was professional and kept me informed of the permitting process and when they could start work. <br /> On the same day that I accepted their bid, they quickly trimmed the small trees in our back yard and removed an old dead tree. It made a big difference and our yard looked much better. <br /> The next week, after getting a permit, they came back to trim our large oak tree. Three workers spent most of the day working on it. <br /> The workers did beautiful work. They actually trimmed more of the tree than we've ever had removed before, but it looks really nice and artistic. I'm pleased with the look and their skill. <br /> Cleanup was excellent. <br /> Everything was performed as agreed and I'd gladly use them again. <br /> <br />

Returned my call very promptly and came by the same day to survey the tree and give me a quote. Very voluble man, Paul is. Two other quotes, one at 550 and one at 1100+. I later asked him to do the Black Walnut tree and he threw it in for free, so I gave the job to him. I gave him a ''B'' on price because there was a cheaper quote, though this may not be a fair consideration. He did the job within 2 days after we made an agreement. He did a very thorough job of trimming - the tree is much more sparse. it is possible that he cut too much, but I do not have the expertise to tell, so I am giving him an "A" in quality of work. He hauled all the trash away, and raked my yard.

Overall good service and price. They were on time and cleaned up afterwards. This is the second time we have used PMC. It is sometimes hard to understand the the strong accent of the owner Paul. I really wanted one of the trees shaped and trimmed but he only trimmed it telling me it would be more expensive and take more time so it looks good, right. So I gave in and said okay. The tree looks trimmed but not pretty.

They did a good job. I think they're expensive, but I guess cutting down a tree is expensive. They hauled away all the wood and cleaned up all the mess. Two trees for 3,400. I would use them again though.
