This company is NOT an actual moving company. It is a middle man that hires sub - contractors. After dealing with Michael and explaining in detail that the items being moved were very heavy and required special equipment, he assured me that he had the resources and would take care of it. I placed a deposit and made arrangements for the move (which involved me traveling from across the country). On the day of the move, the SUB-CONTRACTORS were 7 hours late. When they arrived they did NOT have the appropriate equipment and could not complete the job. There was a complete lack of communication and professionalism. I had to cancel the move because I could not stay another day. Michael refused to refund the deposit. I have moved multiple times and have never had such a horrible experience with movers. Do NOT hire this “moving company”. You will be taking a huge gamble on whether anyone even shows up and when they do, they may or may not be equipped to handle the job. If I could give 0 stars I would!

"unfortunately, we had a delay,doing another labor job.The subcontractor was only supposed to provide the truck, unfortunately I attempted to provide the additional Labor needed to move the 2 items and the client decided to cancel the jobs, due to labor laws we can not rush any jobs due to safety requirements sometimes additional labor is always needed in heavy items, we simply sent a crew to assess the weight and attempt the relocation, ADDITIONAL CREW WAS IN ROUTE BEFORE THE CLIENT CANCELLED.unfortunately,we couldn't get the job done in her time frame so she cancelled,hence no refund because of the man power,travel time,and fees associated with starting the job,and not being able to complete the job we didn't inquire any other fees even though the truck and crew still had to be paid."

They showed up 5hrs late, they don't own a moving truck. They damaged a lot of things. They did not complete the contract they're supposed to. I called the police twice. They didn't move half of the jobs they need to do. They are not movers.

"Pinnacle moving and hauling got to this client late AFTER trying to cancel AND refund her.a driver had car trouble. we got there late and worked until 4a.m. after she begged us to come out there,SHE CANCELLED THE FLAT RATE that night by not allowing us to go back,ON TOP OF THAT THEY WERE NOT PREPARED FOR A MOVE, all there personal items were still unboxed and trash all over the yard,anyways she got her entire 3bedroom moved and chose not to pay.i understand if your broke but my insurance won't cover her rusted washer and drier, I'm pretty sure racism still exists in georgia.she called the police after we took a sec driving 4,000 pounds of her rusted,moldy,already broken "antique" furniture ?"

Great and caring movers. In Atlanta we have found that moving on a weekend tends to be an ordeal. No trucks available, traffic woes and generally rude people along the way. This was NOT this case with Pmhlogistics. They were sensitive to our time and handled our furniture with great care. Pmhlogistics kept us abreast of all things througout the process, and if they ran into a hiccup, quickly made contact to let us know what was going on. Well done. Will contact them again for our next move. Great customer service.

Mike and the gentleman that helped him were very professional. Before the move Mike was in constant contract with me about my project. The day of they took extra care of the furniture I had inherited from my grandparents. They wrapped everything in plastic ,!wrapped them in moving blankets then plastic again. Once to my house they set everything up where I asked them to put it. They take pride in their work and treated my grandparents furniture with care and respect as if they were moving a family member. I recommend Mike and Pmhlogistics and will hire them again when I need something moved!!!!!

After the problem with the truck reservation was solved, the guys worked extremely hard until 3 am to complete the job with professionalism and a great attitude.
