He never completed the work or even started it and so far has kept our $3900 deposit . Plus 3 percent cc so $4017. He lies about having an HR person and that my request for a refund must go to them. When he is the only person in his company. I paid 4017 on Venmo. He didn’t sent me a contract as promised . That made me nervous . The. After two days, he could give me a start date , so with no contract , not start date and he holding on to $4017 of my money , I wanted a refund. Sadly, our family was taken advantage of by Daniel Poitras. He came to our house and gave us quotes on two services. He said he would get us set up with a date by next week . He said he’d let us know within a day. Two days go by and each time he pushes us off saying he doesn’t have an answer. We gave him a $3900 deposit. When I asked to cancel our request for no work done , no contract. He asked for my email to give to HR. He is the only person in his business and when I asked for HR name … he couldn’t provide one. He threatened to block me ? Hold my deposit . I asked him to refund me the way I paid because Venmo charged me 3 percent . Now he has blocked me , disconnected his venmo. Do not use him. He is dishonest with poor business practices. Our family, so far, has lost $4017 and no work done. Stay away …..
