Poland Enterprise

They asked for full payment up front. We paid. They started working on the yard for one half day. Then then left for a week and came back with materials that we found not acceptable. Thin green materials was nailed into the dirt in our yard. Some rocks were moved. some rubber pavers were placed in the sand that would move when we walked on them. They left most of the labor unfinished. They invoice stated a price for the materials that would not landscape even a third of the back yard. They disappeared, leaving junk and materials unfinished. I spoke with Poland several time and followed up with him on emails.. He claimed he would return to finish but never did. He left weeds, brush and other debris shoved behind one of the shed in our yard. I tried unsuccessfully to get are fund from either of the two credit card companies that I paid for his labor and materials. I called him seven more times, but his mail box was always full, so I was unable to leave a message. I contacted the Better Business Bureau. I hired a law firm that sent him a letter requested he contact me in 10 days. My daughter took a video of how the yard looked after they abandoned the work. I then contacted 5 on Your Side.

This company is not licensed in Arizona. It is a "trunk slammer" outfit. 1- did not come back and fix leak. My husband found it and also found that they did not tie into the existing drip system so the whole irrigation system is down. 2 - will not return any calls or text messages. 3- leftover pavers and cement block never picked up and now is in my garage 4- Did not delivery astro turf or rocks as per contract. Told be that it was contracted with another landscape company who did not know what I was talking about when I contacted them directly. 5-Decorative cinder block wall that was suggested by Poland enterprise is a unusable. Did not alt the block on each layer so know direct block on block two levels high. There is not concrete between the blocks they just filled the cinder block holes with cement to layers high. There are holes that dirt and water will run right through. The paver lip on the this wall was cemented on top but is not connected to the cinder blocks below. There is NO protection for the existing fence on the back of the wall so dirt and water will eventually "eat " through the fence. I am having to rebid this whole job again. All I can say is we are talking lawsuit to recover some of the fees that are going to come with fixing this mess I have pictures if anyone would like to see them

Gabriel and his staff did a fabulous job listening to our needs and deadlines. Gabriel was able to match our rock perfectly and we will be hiring this company again. Before laying and spreading the rock, they properly blew leaf droppings, etc. to do the job correct. I would not have met this company without Gabriel stopping over to introduce ourselves when he did the weekly landscaping at our neighbors. Keep up the great work and meet all your committments and you will do Fantastic in your business.

Poland does beautiful work. Staff is always very friendly and warm with customers. They take pride in their work.
