Wanted to treat a large attic space in a newly built home. Space was unconditioned. Joel from Polar Boyz gave me an education and we talked over what I needed. He was very helpful. They were able to remove the blown insulation on the floor, install plywood flooring, and then seal the space with spray foam. Joel made sure the job was done well for a reasonable price. My wife and I wanted to have wall put up to close off a formal dinning room and convert to an office with built in shelves, so we had this company come out and they gave us a free estimate. I saw their truck down the street from my house. The bid was originally for 5500, which included building/framming the wall I wanted, insulating/sound proofing the wall since it will be used as a home office, and then of course we needed a door, the sheetrock put up and getting it to match our current walls. We then added in the shelving, which was an additional 400.00 The project took between 7-8 days to complete (They only worked during normal hrs around 9 each day to about 4:30) Day to day when arriving they were courteous and prepared the area and gave us a run down of what they hoped to complete that day. Most days they stayed on track with what they told me. They were easy to deal with and they accepted a credit card for the transaction. My wife is also satisfied with the project and is able to work in the quiet now! Very happy with the project.

Great customer service and responsive office. Was happy to have them working in my home, they showed up every business day until the project was complete despite some lag time in the materials I wanted (Flooring special ordered) Upgraded my insulation, repaired some drywall in my garage, also textured and painted. Service Solutions was disappointing to say the least. They redid my floors but did not level all areas; they left large gaps at the walls in some spots yet installed too tight in others. They did a lazy paint job at best on the ceiling and it does not appear they even put a base coat down. In my bathroom there is a large spot where the paint is nearly bare and uneven. They demo'ed my kitchen yet failed to plug an open pipe; this pipe leaked water into the unit from the neighboring condo's kitchen. I'm not even sure they are aware of this as I was the one to notice it. In fact, I noticed all the egregious errors that they were seemingly unaware of or just gambled that I would not notice. I did. They didn't take an extra minute to tape before spraying texture or painting and ruined my bathroom light and ruined many outlets, that I now have to pay to replace myself. <br>They reinstalled my toilet but after noticing it was leaking, instead of telling me about it they just turned off the water and let me discover it for myself, then blamed me for the leak (how that would be my fault is a mystery). They tiled the shower but didn't use tile spacers and left noticeable holes in the grout. Again I was the one to point this out. <br>Overall the work is mediocre at best and I would advise you to take your business elsewhere unless you want to be very disappointed. <br>

Service Solutions came out and offered me a free estimate on a couple of different repairs around my house. <br>Joel was the name of the rep. He informed me of things I was already aware of and a few new things in my attic as well. <br>I received my proposal quickly and their team was professional. I decided to go ahead with a portion of the repairs, and the work came out GREAT! I will be moving forward with the other half of my project soon. I will be using them again as I feel so far this is a company I can trust

I called 3 different contractors i found off a basic internet search. All of the offices seemed to be well staffed, and got me appointments quickly, service solutions of Austin was the last to come out. The guy who came out was on time, wearing a shirt that identified himself, and immediately gave me his business card. that gave me a good initial feeling. The bid/proposal I received was very close to one of the bids, and there was one that was substantially less. They brought out pictures of there work, and offered references, which the other companies did not. After looking more extensively online I found there reviews to be satisfactory overall, So I scheduled my appointment. The demolition took about a day and a half, and another 3 days to replace some water damaged insulation and drywall, then replacing it with dense armor, mold and mildew resistant wall board. Which the other companies did not offer up front. <br /> <br /> I would recommend you to use them for any water damage, they also helped me to get another 1200 from my insurance to cover the water damage.

Found this company through yelp, they didn't have reviews there, so I looked them up on [Redacted], which was promising. I allowed them to do my partial remodel finish out, They installed (hung) the drywall, offered orange peel texture and painted it. They also passed my insulation inspection, and added a few duct lines to my new room. They were on time most days and stayed on the time line promised. Pretty happy with the overall work. Would happily use them again.

"We are sorry to hear about your bad experience and have investigated into this for you. It seems during the installation of the drywall, we found several leaks in the roof that had to be repaired and completed prior to putting up new drywall and risking it being water damaged as well. You had a roofing company come out and work was haulted at your request. Furthermore it takes time to properly tape/float/dry and the weather was rainstorms everyday. We did manage to compete the project of: Demolition of drywall, removal of insulation, two ac installations and rehanging the drywall in the 6 days as promised, with a two day break for roof repairs (which was done by another company) Upon looking at our schedule we even worked on the weekends, free of charge. We do realize you were unhappy with the AC drain line not being buried at your request but that was not in our scope of work, nor does the manufacturer recommend this. We would like to resolve what ever other issues you may have, but at the time you and the owner went through a punch list and Service Solutions did complete that. If there is anything we can do to rectify this, please do not hesitate to call our office. We do appreciate all feedback."

Initially, I was going to sub out a lot of projects I had going to individual contractors, then I found Service Solutions, they offered me an estimate on all the work, which included drywall, insulation, painting, etc. They even brought out a licensed AC install crew. It was very easy to get an appointment and a job update was given daily. Im satisfied with the work, and I am happy to refer them.

Came out to my home, on time as I was on a tight schedule. Gentleman gave me a bid that was comparable to others I had received. He went over more than just want I thought I wanted but good suggestions on ways I could save money in others. I felt good about going with this company so I gave them the go ahead. As predicted, they were on schedule and completed my project in about a week, I had about 1900 sq. demoed, re-installed, taped, floated and textured, along with some repairs to small areas. Also had in all re insulated. I am happy overall with the job, and will use them for future projects on my home.

I had a mold remediation company come out and give me an estimate, it was for about 8,000. It didn't include the repairs to the drywall. So I called Service solutions for a drywall estimate. Upon talking with Joel, I found that they could also do the demo and mold cleaning. Additionally I had some drywall falling in my garage, I allowed him to quote me on the entire project, and to my surprise, they were much more affordable than the company my insurance recommended. The quoted me for all the work, including mold remediation and a complete new garage, with texture to match my existing for under 8k. I was shocked an immediately canceled the other company. Service solutions came out the next day, and after three days all work was complete. <br> <br>They also referred me to an affordable plumber which was nice. Everyone treated me with respect and I truly appreciate their efforts. If I need drywall, and or painting I would be happy to use them again.

I chose 3 A rated companies from Angie's List and all turned out to be very easy to work with. I chose to work with Service Solutions. They were quick to give me an appointment for a free estimate and came right on the dot. They answered all my questions and, believe me, I had a bunch of them. <br /> I am an out of state owner and I had never dealt with getting insulation before. They went over different options and services and advised me of the pros and cons.They gave me enough information that, along with some research I had done up front, I was able to make an educated choice. This is what I want and expect from service companies I deal with. I have learned over the years that if a company rep can"t explain their services adequately, they probably won't be doing good work. <br /> I was extremely pleased with SS of A and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. They are polite, professional, timely, and do great work. There was no mess left behind when they were done. They put markers in the attic so you can see how deep the insulation is and asked me to come and look before they left. <br /> And if all that wasn't enough, they had a 5% off deal for Angie's List customers. <br />

The initial visit took about 30 minutes. He took measurements, asked me a couple of questions, quote was reasonable so I went ahead and scheduled the work with the office. a few days later, the same person I already knew came back out and replaced the drywall. He also did well cleaning and hauling the debris. <br />

Joel has great ideas, in addition,he will be installing external duct work to have a more efficient airflow from our present HVAC system. Joel has lots of business connections and can take on many types of home repair projects. Work was performed on time and was always prompt, crew cleaned up after the job was done. After searching through multiple bids and looking for someone I could trust I came across this company. They blew all the bids out of the water not to mention they were on time, professional and in shirts that let me know who they were. Originally contacted them through Home Advisor They had a few good reviews there. I spoke with the office staff they were nice and got me a free estimate. I had Blown-In Fiberglass updated in my home to a R-38 Value. <br /> They were a very professional team who came out. Not scary to have in your home lol <br /> I will recommend this company to friends and family who need this type of service, they do offer other types, this is just what I chose. <br />

This company was very professional and easy to deal with from the very first contact, the team arrived a little late but, did remember to give me a call and update, and with all the rain I sorta expected it.
