Rueben was able to schedule my service the next day! He and his assistant showed up right on time and were thorough and professional the whole time. Reuben offered maintenance tips and suggestions which is very helpful to me as a first time homeowner. The price was exactly as quoted and the work was completely promptly. I will be contacting Polar Vortex for my HVAC needs in the future.
