"the quality of the deck was very well we replaced all your rotten decking boards and replace them with brand new decking boards and put screws in neatly in line. so the job was complete and we was going to come by my truck was broken down but that's how business is sometimes you seen it sitting in the Lowe's parking lot for a few weeks.yes we left your rotten boards on the ground we did not put in the quote for hauling off trash that cost money the quote we gave you was only for repairing decking boards and we also reframed your handrails for free and did not charge you for that so we done an excellent job a wonderful job and we also done some work for your doors . we cased your doors out . and repaired rotten you got a great deal from polecat remodeling.. we could have charged you 3000 more then we did... it was you yourself that was bragging about your neighbors getting the same work done and how you got one h*** of a deal. so there you go. I'm sorry we didn't haul your trash off if you would have called me we could have worked out a estimate for that... under the circumstances if my truck wasn't broke down I probably would have hold your trash off for free that's the kind of man I am and that's the kind of business we run we love to help our customers you got helped out plenty you got a great deal I'm sorry you don't think so. you paid $1,000 to have your dick redone new handrails deck and boards replace and on about four doors you had new case and put on I think that is one heck of a deal. I really didn't make much off the job so I think it's fair to say that me not hauling your trash off is acceptable."
