Pols Heating and Cooling

Very shady company. Merged with Pol's but try to say otherwise. They are supposed to grant all contract and promises from pol's and yet told us they did not. We paid Pol's ahead of time for winter and summer maintenance like we do every year. Pol's just went ahead and contracted out our service to standard and when they completed the service they tried to make us pay again. They refused to admit to the agreement and payment we already made and insisted on payment again . They went on to say they have nothing to do with Pol's and we should get a refund check. Yeah right! Extensively argued with Kelly on the phone. It's the same phone number as Pol's and she is the same employee but would not admit to it. We service the new Trane unit of $11,000 barley 3 years old 2 times a year with no issues and the unit works great. They tried to charge us 350 to do a leak check. He said we have a leak of freeon. Then proceeded to say it would be $1,000 for labor on warranty part. Crooked company!

I found Pol’s Heating and Cooling quite by accident. I was trying to contact my usual HVAC company, but they hadn’t returned my calls in several days. I eventually called the original salesman for my Trane units. Found out he had moved to a new company: Pol’s. We talked for a while. He suggested I try Pols for my problem. Nathan, one of Pol’s techs, arrived and did a great job for me. Knowledgeable. Courteous. Efficient. Thorough. Great communicator. I learned more about my HVAC system in the hour he was here than I had in years from my original supplier. Nathan even identified a roof leak I’d been trying to locate for months. The price for the work was reasonable and I felt sure it was done properly. I’m switching my future HVAC business to Pol’s Heating and Cooling.

Good pricing, tech's (Jason and Michael and Nathan joined after lunch) were good, Prompt and timely, all old equipment removed and job site left neat and clean. Give them a call!

I was very satisfied, he was good and great and I would use him again in the future and his price was reasonable.

It was good. He was quick, he knew what he was doing, he was really nice and definitely I would use him again.

They were decent, honest and we like them. They were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and they knew what they're doing.
