Pond Roofing did an exceptional job, from the initial proposal from Cameron to the installation team led by Cris. The roof is beautiful, was scheduled very quickly and the work was completed very efficiently in one day. Cleanup was perfect - they cleaned up my property and my two neighboring townhouse properties as well. Very happy with the result and it was very easy working with them.

Had a repair completed by Pond Roofing. Dom handled the sales process well—he arrived on time and was professional throughout. Communication slowed afterward, and I did not hear from the company for over a week, but the repair was still scheduled and completed within about three weeks. On install day, the crew of five arrived on time with site manager Felipe, who was knowledgeable, and responsive to questions. I confirmed material matching beforehand, requested a walkthrough, and asked for before-and-after photos. I recommend customers be present during installation and ask detailed questions upfront to align expectations.
Some workflow steps discussed did not appear to be followed, and no QA manager came onsite as originally presented. That said, the work was satisfactory. Pricing felt high but fair for the quality and personnel involved. I also appreciated the detailed sales materials and the post-installation follow-up team. Overall, I believe the company stands behind its work.

Hired for a complete roof, a few windows, some siding and gutters. I wanted a turn-key no hassles product and that is what Pond Roofing delivered. They weren?t the cheapest quote, but it was comprehensive and ended up on target. The team kept me informed through scheduling, and measurements. On site, Cris, his assistant, and Mike (windows) kept me fully informed. A post-installation issue on window trim was solved immediately ? even though the bill was already fully paid. I am a happy customer. These folks are pros.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
After our February snowcrete event, melting snow backed up from the ice around a dormer window, penetrated the roof, and dripped through the ceiling. Pond Roofing came out the next morning and provided an estimate. Within a couple days Pond came to replace the dormer flashing, replace damaged plywood and install new shingles. Although I was not home when they did the repair, it was done professionally and before more rain fell. Pond provided a series of photos to document the repair. Their whole process worked perfectly and when I need any more roof or gutter work, I will call upon Pond again.

Pond Roofing replaced the roof on our single family home and installed a new gutter over our front porch. We could not be happier with the result! Nate Hileman, the Pond estimator assigned to our project, worked with us over a period of several weeks to plan the project, identify and address the issues that might arise with our 100-year-old home, and answer my numerous questions. During the removal of our old roof, and the installation of the new one, Pond Field Supervisors Juan Lemus and Robert Kern were on call to supervise, troubleshoot, and ensure the crew had what they needed, when they needed it, to complete the work. And the crew who did the actual work - I cannot say enough good things about them! Seven guys who worked liked beavers for two 12-hour days to get the job done and done right. To a one, they were professional, considerate, tireless, and endlessly patient with my questions and comments. An excellent experience for us all around!

The entire experience was an excellent one, as was the case on two earlier jobs that were performed by Pond Roofing. The assessment of damage and recommendation for moving forward were done quickly and professionally by Shanti Smith, with particular care to ensuring that I understood the root cause of the problem and how Pond intended to redress them. When I finally agreed to the proposal to replace the roof, the process of confirming the work was made easy for me and the job was completed in one day according to a schedule convenient to me. There were a number of workers, each doing his specific specialty, and great care was taken to ensure that no damage was done to the exterior of the house and that minimum disruption took place. I will attach a photo of the work as it was ongoing. I'm completely satisfied with this, my third experience with Pond Roofing.

Pond Roofing company has an efficient streamlined process. Rep Cameron introduced me to the whole process of roof replacement with a reasonable quote. Cameron gave the comfort of trusting him with the process he detailed. Nataly Caballero, the Repair Department's Production Coordinator was excellent pre-production tasks and kept in touch me about scheduling replacement date. the roofers were punctual, hardworking and excellent. The roof shingles were finished in one day, and after couple days, the gutters were installed. The crew took great care of cleaning the site grounds thoroughly. The Project Manager came and made sure to review the site without any debris. Last but not the least. a member of the Pond team came after two weeks of installation to scan for any nails that may be there. Thank you amazing Pond Team!

The biggest plus for me was the job the estimator (Shanti) did inspecting my roof beforehand - he was the only one who actually got up there and took a real look around. It was very informative and helped me understand where I was with my roof. Further, Pond documents their process and what they will do for you.

We discovered our roof had loose shingles, and one was missing! In anticipation of installing a SOLAR system, we contacted w/Pond Roofing - and after their on-site evaluation and presentation; we contracted for a replacement - architectural, and same color - THEIR WORK WAS OUTSTANDING, AND we're delighted with the result. Clean-up, and a follow-up 'raking' for nails on the lawn was excellent. Full disclosure: We've hired Pond years ago, and their work is still as professional, and quality as ever. WELL DONE!!

Pond was excellent -- from the helpful initial contact and visit by the estimator (Shanti), to some emergency interim repairs we needed due to the torrential rains we had in late July, to the work of the installation crew. Shanti was esp. helpful in bringing some "swatches" of shingles to our house to help us make the right choice. We would highly recommend Pond to anyone needed any roof work.

I am 100 percent satisfied with this project from the initial call to the job done. All people from Pond Roofing, including their estimator, their work crew and their office staff are punctual, courteous, efficient and professional. Mr. Shanti, the estimator, was very helpful and answered all my questions. He even made an extra visit to my house just to double check and make sure the color of the new shingles is the same match as the old ones to meet my HOA requirement. Highly recommend Pond Roofing!
