Hired him to diagnose problems with spa pump. Replaced pump with cariable speed and moved old pool pump to spa. Was supposed to diagnose and fix leaks Pump started malfunctioning a few weeks after installation. Made appointment to come back and fix leaks and diagnose pump, when contacted by text to follow up on the tests he had me perform his response was “I’m out with my kids, don’t bother me.” Never was able to get ahold of again. Very unprofessional. Once he got paid, never heard from again

polite, friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable personnel.  However, they lived too far away to continue to service the pools.  We parted regretfully due to geographical differences. <br />

Sergio is professional and reliable. He missed a few weeks here and there, but communicated with me and I appreciate that. My pool was sparkling clean after each service. I would still have him as my pool service but I sold my house and moved. <br />

i'd say overall just lazy service that went from non-responsive to kinda responsive over the course of the year. it's headed in the right direction but they have a long way to go. <br />

Following both costly jobs, they promise to return with a water kit and to clean the spa...that was in July and as of December after several (10+) calls...NOT a word from them. This was my first purchase from Angie's List and it really put a bad taste in my mouth.

They did a good job and everything seems to be working properly.

They came out very soon after I bought the "Big Deal" and they did a good job. I choose this company because of the promotional deal that Angie's List is offering. They just drain the spa, cleaned it and filled it with water. There was no mess.

They were okay, but they said they could no longer service my area.

I thought pool plumber did a pretty good job with this pump installation, up until the point I requested a receipt for the work done. The reason I asked them for a receipt was so I could turn my application in for a rebate. <br /> First, I was put off, then, after a couple more requests - silence. <br /> My question is: Why? This is the reason I give them a sub-standard review. <br />

They are responsive and they do a good job. He is very good. He is competent, nice and works hard.

Sergio fixed the jets in about 60 seconds and moved on to the pool <br /> heater.  I was at a tremendous disadvantage because I had no idea how <br /> expensive it would be or how complicated.  Did I need a new unit?  Just a <br /> small thermostat?  I just really had not idea.  Sergio isolated the <br /> problem in a few minutes.  It wasnt the heater at all....the impeller <br /> was blocked by some broken pieces of plastic an thus was blocking the <br /> flow from the heater.  He spent quite a while tenaciously digging into <br /> the impeller with a coat hanger until every last tiny piece of plastic <br /> was retrieved.   He then turned on the filter and heater and the flow <br /> began rignt away with the heater working fine. <br /> Wow,  he could have really ripped me off and told me I needed a new unit.  But he didn't.   What an honest guy. <br /> <br />

Sergio is scrupulously clear on all his communication, is excellent with his follow up on projects and responds quickly to any phone calls. If there is a delay in his schedule, he always gives me a courtesy call way in advance. <br /> He is also great with my obnoxious dogs. <br /> In addition, Sergio was able to identify and solve a leakage problem in my waterfall that had been driving me berserk! <br /> Very satisfied in every way. <br />

He came out promptly and did an excellent job.  He gave good advice. He was going to come back to install a nature cartridge when he had the right part but he never returned or followed up.

Sergio and Team are amazing.  After cleaning on Saturday of the long weekend, Sergio said he would stop by the next day to do a scrub down and start the refilling process.  I was shocked that he arrived on the Sunday of the long weekend at my agreed-upon time (7am) to finish the clean.  Unbelievable service, in my opinion.  So good that I'll use them for my weekly cleanings.  Thank you Sergio. <br /> Folks, if you want honest and hard-working pool servicemen, your search is over.  Give Sergio a try. <br />
