In Ground Swimming Pool or Accessories - Repair or Service
I hired this company because of its promising website ... The owners business model calls for NO CONTRACT, NO CHEM CHECK REPORTS, NO APPOINTMENTS, NO APOLOGIES, NO ENGLISH SPEAKING TECHS AND NO ADVANCE CALLS ... The owner proudly and unabashedly asserts that his tech (alleged to earn $1,500 per week) has to make 10 stops per day and has no time to talk anyhow. * NO APOLOGIES MADE for never priming our pump before Spring use, rendering skimmers inoperable due to initiating 20% - 80% bottom drain ratio - during the first weeks operation. The following issues have yet to addressed: *Disconnected ground wire since May's installation. *Leaking Separation Tank since May's changeover to cellulose fiber. *Heater keypad backlight / display inoperable since May. *Chronic green pool since May - while Poolminator's website makes claims to be expert at preventing green pools. *I've bent over backwards to attempt to work with this company. *Please take my advise and pass on their website hype.
