They did a great job. The installers showed up on time and cleaned up after the work was completed. Have had no issues at all with the product.

I waited this long to write the review because I wanted to watch our grandson, when he arrived, to see if he could break the fence.  He's in the 97th percentile for height, weight, and intelligence for a three-year-old.  In anticipation of this, we ordered the extra-high fence, the one installed in preschool yards. Extra-strong steel rods and interlocking mesh comes standard. <br /> So after a thorough onslaught by grandson, all the poles are unbent, the fabric is fine, and he has not been able to figure out how to open it. <br /> we thought that the fence might be an ugly but necessary addition, but visitors have said that it looks as if we have a tennis court in our backyard.  The color matches the wood fencing and much foliage.  Speaking of foliage, the fence now blocks out the majority of the leaves, sticks, bark, and other debris that used to blow into the pool. <br /> The Poolsafe people explained the process thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and were so knowledgeable that they even offered intelligent patio decorating tips.  They carefully measured so we could still get through tight corners--we have a small yard and I'd previously thought they would have to attach the fence to the house.  But the fence layout was planned and executed well enough that the grandson can use the exterior for a racetrack for his Lightning McQueen trike. <br /> Excellent experience all round.  Thanks. <br />

<p>Excellent experience with them.  John Moss was our primary contact, and he's a very courteous, professional, and friendly guy.  He took preliminary measurements and made some suggestions on work we needed to do before getting a pool cover installed.  When we got the work done and decided to go forward, Poolsafe sent out to take final measurements and make a template for custom-fabricating a solid pool cover.  Once that was done, and the custom cover made, they came out and installed it.  Highly recommend this company.</p> <br />

Great service, professionalism, and products. We had a couple quotes done by several pool fence professionals. Poolsafe is the most professional and their product appear and have been top quality. We've had the fence for 6 months now and I have no complaints. Their prices were a bit higher than the other quotes we received, but as the old adage goes, you get what you pay for. They came and mapped out our desired pool fence location and had it installed within a few hours exactly as we had agreed. Very happy with service and would use again. <br /> <br />

Everyone involved was great to work with. We almost didn't buy our house because we thought that our oddly-shaped pool could not be covered, but Poolsafe made us a great-looking cover for less money than we expected.

Was a great experience. They know what they're doing and are professional. Nehal did the actual installation and did an OUTSTANDING job. He walked through the locations of each post with me to make sure it was just right, with respect to the door angle and opening as well as how it crossed into the landscaping. We wanted the fence to go along the pool border, but still leave room for people on the walkway, and he was able to accomplish this. The fence also looks great (we went with a 4 foot fence and brown lining). My kids have already challenged it without success :) Very happy with the job. <br />

He (Raul) arrived right on time and was Extremely knowledgeable and diligent.  He worked all through the Very Hot Sun (as we live in the desert) and this is summer.........He was not complaining and worked all day without a break.  His first motor he tried was not working and he had to disengage it and thankfully had another in his truck and replaced it with another.  He originally thought he'd be through in four hours;  however, it happened to take all day without a single complaint.   He then proceeded to take off the old  pool cover (which was in terrible shape) and CLEAN the whole area which contained the rolled up cover ......again, which was unbelievably deteriorated and jammed with debris and gunk.   He  was very hot but did NOT complain at all.  We gladly gave him some iced drinks and lunch and he was very very sweet and got right back to work immediately!!!  We've never experienced anyone who worked as hard as this wonderful guy with such a great attitude!!!

PoolSafe is always great! They installed our original cover 10 years ago, replaced the worn out cover last year, and I have them perform maintenance once or twice a year. They are prompt and the techs are really nice and polite. Also, I can pay the office with a credit card over the phone so that's really easy too. <br />

They were great.  Nehal's installation was professional, precise, and efficient.  He was very easy to work with and showed me how everything worked plus the do's and don'ts.  I have 2 young grandchildren and the fence and gate work well. <br />

On time, professional and efficient. Carefully installed a child proof fence into our blue stone pool deck. The materials used to manufacturer the fence are high quality and with nice finishes. A n aesthetically appealing safety fence that did not detract from the look of our outdoor living space. <br />

We liked everything about their service.  We liked their communication with us and waiting up to the appointments.  They were on time and they were in contact with us.  On the day of the appointment, they were giving us an idea of the timing.  They were well mannered.  They took their time to explain things to us and all of it.  We got another estimate and the other place was actually a little bit cheaper, but we just didn’t care for their style of sale and they were trying to sell us on stuff.  The manufacturer of the pool cover company sent us the wrong cover, but our guy was very much on top of it.  He noticed it and so they’re coming out to redo it, but they’re letting us have the wrong cover until the new one comes.  We will definitely use them again in the future.
