Customers looking for regular service will have access to their accounts 24/7, they will be able to request work and in some cases be able to schedule the work without making a call. Weekly Cleaning customers will have the knowledge that their pool was cleaned, when it was said to of been cleaned. No more mystery door hangers, all communications will be email or text or call (your choice). Service work for repairs will be appointment based and you will be presented a uniformed, respectful, prompt service tech 100% of the time. "The customer contacted us regarding the pump not working properly. A service tech was dispatched promptly to correct the matter. Upon arriving the entire pool system had no power! The panel that supplies power to the pool pump was not receiving power from the primary power supply. We contacted the home owner and advised the situation and recommended the home owner to contact an electrician. Home owner did so and the electrician located the solution on the main house panel that supplied the power to a sub panel which in turn supplied power to the pool pump. We again returned upon receiving a call that power was restored and found the pump not working due to a starter compactor (which the manufacture does not cover but Pool Works does). We offer a free 1yr warranty on all pool pumps so the part was still under warranty and was replaced at no charge. The customer was liable for neither parts or labor. Also as token to help the customer we replaced the ball valve that was on the suction side that had also failed from a pervious job the year before at no charge for parts or labor. We have completed several jobs for the customer and all jobs were quoted out and approved before hand. Customer typically was on site to watch and approve all preformed jobs. Including the one mention in the review. We feel like we could have communicated more efficiently with the customer and it would have led to a more positive outcome. We have since made an attempt to open other channels of communication via emails and text message to allow for better customer service."
