Terrible. Unreliable. Company came out the first day I called. I sent the owner a picture of my inground pool with dark green water . That very day they told me my plumbing on the pool was backward? This is a pool I have had for ten years without issue. They returned a few days later telling me they were going to replace a gasket. Took my money. Never replaced the gasket.. they came back over a week later after numerous texts and phone calls to do so. The man who came GLUED this gasket into my pool and the company never called to follow up or clean my pool and Ignored my texts. My pool is more green that it was prior. No follow up No paperwork no communication but my check was cashed! Will be reporting to BBB. For a new company this was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. My neighbors can not believe the color of my pool and they saw the big vibrant colored van out front so they all wouldnt recommend this company either. I wish I could show photos.

"Hi [Member Name Removed], I understand your frustrations. When we first arrived and turned your pool to recirculate for the chems thats when we knew you had a plumbing issue. I reached out immediately to let you know. You did confirm in txt your son knew about it and was "baby-ing" the system so you didn't have to replace the entire top part of filter. We did not want you to lose water so we turned your system off. While waiting for our specialist's schedule to open up as he has over 50yrs experience in plumbing/equipment. It was indeed an easy fix. We did install the new gasket that had to be glued in and the glue had to dry in order to turn your system back on. I do apologize in the lack of communication on our end. As you know, we are a new business and we are working the kinks out on our end to ensure better customer service and communication."

They reached out immediately via text & did what I needed same day. I was a little nervous about some things but he quickly eased my concerns. The professional that came out and installed my new pump was very nice, listened to what I had to say and did what needed to be done. It was one of the hottest days so I am extremely grateful with how it all turned out.

These guys showed up on time, ready to work. After spending a week speaking to other companies in search to find the right people to service my pool, I am so happy I chose them. Their communication while booking was crystal clear with zero confusion, and the gentlemen cleaning my pool had a smile on their face the whole time. After the service I received the past few weeks, I couldn’t imagine using anyone else. I called pooools and they Caen out the next day opened my pool serviced It and had my yard ready for my weekend graduation party , every other pool company told me atleast 3 week wait
