Pops Appliance Repair

Excellent!

Came out the next day. Dishwasher could not be fixed. Found the new model I wanted on-line. He ordered and got it faster and matched the price. I had my new dishwasher within a few days. Patrick was very friendly and thorough. Will definitely call him again.

It went well, the first appointment had to be cancelled (or changed somehow, I can't remember exactly) so he gave me a discount. He found a piece of plastice that had broken off of something and stuck in the motor. It was a very quick repair, but took two visits as a part had to be ordered. The first "look see" visit was deducted from the total cost of the repair.

Pat was very responsive to my message and within a couple of days he was at the house repairing the appliances. He also conducted additional inspections and suggested I change the dryer's vent hose. When I asked why he showed me and I am glad I went ahead with the replacement.

All this customer wants is for someone to do what they say they'll do, show up when they say they will and give me a fair price. Think dominoes; when one goes down and that's what this service call was like from Monday 5/8 10 am, when I made the first call until job completion 5/19 7 pm. I question myself why I continued working with them when the first time he didn't call back, nor the second, nor the third. It got to be silly for every phone call, every no show, every time he was late, every parts problem that occurred just to replace a switch on my Kenmore Stove. Then again, I'm sure Patrick himself questions why he continue to pursue this call. On the bright side the process worked itself out 10 business days later and a lot of stress on all parties. In Patrick's favor I gave him a B for Price and Quality since he discounted the invoice for all incurred problems.

Pat and Anthony were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. The listened to the problem and figured out what was going on (a water temperature issue). They fit me into a busy schedule to see me the day after I called for an appointment. I would definitely call them again!

Our washing machine spin and wash cycles quit working, but motor seemed ok. We called Pop's Appliance and they were just plain awesome--professional, prompt, courteous and skilled. They knew exactly what it was from our description on the phone and brought the part with them. Took 20 Minutes! Great work and SO much better than buying a new washer! I totally recommend them. Great! This is the third time I've used Pop's for my washer/dryer over the past 5 years. They are always on-time, fairly priced, able to fix the problem onsite and generally quite virtuous. They are family owned and operated (which I like) and very reliable. I have referred them to many of my friends and colleagues.
