They charged about half the cost of A Pro Air. Same high quality work. This company is on my speed dial.

They are professional, courteous, efficient, and kind. Very dependable and we will definitely refer them to our neighbors, friends, and co-workers.

Service was professional and prompt. Only received one surprise after fan module did not function after evaporator coil was replaced but they replaced the module that day with no additional labor charges just parts cost. Would hire again.

It was ok...

They did not find the leak after $180 and put only 2 lbs of freon in. The compressor died two months later.

Very nice people to work with. It seems to be a family business and they take pride in their work. They are great with communication and their customer service is terrific. Recently we asked them to come back for our peace of mind to check on a water stain appearing on the ceiling. Two men came the same day as our call, and it was after normal business hours. They took all the time needed and were very thorough. No problems were found with our AC. They suggested who to contact to help us diagnose the stain.

They explained to me what it was and what they were doing, very thorough and fast.

<p>This was a $69 big deal purchase. I paid more than the price of the deal because I had them do two furnaces instead of one. They were very professional. I have had them back since then to resolve a separate problem, which was done to my complete satisfaction. I would certainly hire them again. The workers I came in contact with were very professional. </p>

Excellent. Everything was done quickly and well. No pressure, same day install, the team left the place clean; inspection the next day and all was in order. The difference is, as you might imagine huge. I really liked that it's all a family business; it makes me feel they'll stand behind their work.

Unit was not cooling when came back from vacation on a Thursday. Called Popular late afternoon that day and they were able to come out within a couple hours to diagnose the problem and charge my A/C with freon (system was frozen and super low freon) to get us through the night and weekend (going out of town the next day). I'm sure they could have had this fixed on Friday, but we were not going to be there, so I set up an appointment for Monday. The A/C worked throughout the weekend. Popular arrived first thing around 8am on Monday (on-time as they said) and replaced the coil in about 2.5hrs. They are very easy to deal with and super responsive. I am definitely going to use them for any issues going forward and will recommend them to others having A/C issues. Javier was very great to work with and offers a great customer service experience which is hard to come by these days. They also did not charge me for the original visit and freon as I replaced the coil with them. P.S. - I used another A/C repair company previously and didn't have any issues, but their price was higher than Popular.

Their work is awesome I never had to call them back because of bad work. Always show up at time of appointment. I have used their services for 5 years. I have recommended them to my co workers who have also recommended them to their friends. They are very honest no hidden charges or games. You won't be disappointed.

Popular was very easy to work with. Javier is professional and courteous and won't try to sell you something you don't need. This is my second HVAC system to have installed with Popular and I am happy with both. Anytime I've had a maintenance call or issue, they have been very responsive. I will continue to use Popular in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

<p>We were very pleased with the work we had done by Popular HVAC.  Our A/C went out on the hottest day of the year.  Popular had the quickest response time and the best price.  They came and gave us a fair estimate and different options.  The quote was reasonably priced and the work could be done right away.  The workers did a good job and even cleaned up after themselves after pulling the old evaporator coil out of the attic and cutting a new return duct in the ceiling.  They even called us about a week after the work was done to make sure everything was okay and that we were pleased with the new A/C. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to family and friends. </p> <br />
