The information provided on the first phone call was detailed on the process of re-glazing and the prices. Work started promptly and was finished in about 3 1/2 hours. The bathtub looks new again. The man who did the work was very professional. I did have to call them due to some sharp points on the non-slip surface, however, they came back out in a couple of days to buff out the points and re-apply a coat to the bottom of the tub. Now it's perfect! THANKS!

Charlie was easy to deal with. Work started right away (by putting down drop cloths) and was finished in under 3 hours. The bathtub looks like new. The guy who came was professional. They came back later after everything was dry and put our tub/shower door back on.

Process was excellent from start to finish. The owner of the company came to our house to take measurements and provide an estimate that was very reasonable when compared to the more well-known national companies that franchise locally. Intaller was very professional, put drop clothes down in all areas, removed debris, etc. Installation took a full day but it was apparent that the time was well-spent to do things right. Very happy with the end result and to have supported a local, family-owned company.

The job went very smoothly. Todd came by on a Friday and swapped out the hardware. Rico came on Saturday and re-glazed the tub. It looked great. About 10 days later, there was a definite problem with some of the caulking around the tub. Todd came out the same day I called and re-caulked the problem area. Dealing with Charlie over the phone was a pleasure. I would highly recommend this company, and will definitely do business with them again.

We couldn't be happier! The service provider arrived at the beginning of the arrival window. He started right away and was finished in under 2.5 hours. The bathtub looks better than new and it completely elevates the entire bathroom! The guy who came was professional and friendly. He also took care to protect the floors by laying down drop cloths. Not only was the service provider wonderful, but the call center person was helpful and friendly. She was able to give me a quote over the phone, she was personable, accurate and efficient. We had an all around great experience!

Perfectly! They fixed the mess made by the previous contractor, did a beautiful and quick job at a reasonable price. They were also very clean which was appreciated! I wish they did more things than just glazing! Definitely recommend.

I like the price, less than other company advertising on the television.

The worker arrived on time and started the job. Within two hours he was finished and my tub looked magnificent, brand new! He gave me instructions on how to care for the new glaze and , cleaned up the debris very nicely. .

Porcelite's refinisher arrived on time and finished in less time than they had quoted, even though the tub had previously been refinished so the refinisher had to do more work than if the tub had never been refinished. He did a beautiful job refinishing the tub, with clean lines around the tub drain and a nice non-slip finish at the bottom of the tub, and cleaned up nicely as well.

They did a great job and were very easy to work with. They had no problems redoing the tubs when the renters were there and i wasn't. They even redid the second tub before they asked for payment for the first! That is some trust in a previously completely unknown customer. The renters are very happy with the beautiful result. It was $450/tub. We'd definitely hire them again.

Very well. The estimator came on time. Was professional and explained pros and cons of liner vs glazing. Decided to go with liner. Installation was also professional. Tub looks great.

Absolutely beautiful, I want all my bathrooms redone by them! The staff was great as well!

Pablo arrived a little later than the appointment time, but he was polite and professional, and still completed the project on time. The tub looks amazing, the caulk is perfect. There is some residue left on the bronze piping that I can't wash off yet without damaging the glaze. I'm hoping it's easy to clean up. He did put up a protective sheet to protect the house, it probably would have been worthwhile if he also covered the shower hardware. I wasn't expecting the exhaust tube to run through the house to the front door, but he said the bathroom window was too close. It made sense when I saw the equipment, it was just unexpected. He laid down a cloth to protect the wood floors. All in all, good service, good price, and I would hire again.

I think I talked directly to the owner. Porcelite scheduled service within a week. Technician arrived a few minutes early, got the job done, presented the bill and got out of my hair. I didn't even need to move my sink cabinet which is within a couple of inches of the tub.
