We both a new house and one of the bathtubs was a little rough looking. They came in and worked all day and the tub looks amazing! It's cheaper than buying a new tub but it looks like a new tub!

Very happy with the customer service and the quality of the job. The entire team was very prompt and professional. They made a very old bathtub look brand new in a very short period of time. I would recommend their work to anyone.

This compaany is a pleasure to do businesss with. The owner, Ike callled romptly, and scheduled appointment. He gave me a very fair estimate and the work was done on time and he even honored a 5%discount that Angies list advertised without his knowledge. Roger was rhe omployee that did the excellent work and a note to Mr. Ike, Roger ia a keeper. He is professional, polite and his work is terrific. , <br />

<p>Ike responded to my phone call quickly and set a date and time to examine the sink.  He arrived on time</p> <p>and with color charts in hand.  He confidently stated that the repairs could be made and the best color</p> <p>match was selected.  Materials needed to be ordered so he would call when they came in.  He called </p> <p>when the supplies arrived and set an appointment time to do the job.  The workmen arrived on time and</p> <p>proceeded to make the repairs.  The color match did not go as well as expected, but allowing for curing</p> <p>time, they would return if I was not satisfied.  After a few days I contacted Ike to say I was not completely</p> <p>happy with the results and Ike immediately arranged to examine the job.  He agreed the color match did </p> <p>not meet with his approval, so returning my check to hold until we were satisfied he went back to the </p> <p>color supplier and tried another match.  Even the new color mix was not exact, but with a bit of custom</p> <p>mixing on the job, the match came very close.  Not exact, but very close.  Because the work took a bit</p> <p>more than I expected he offered to repair another small area on the tub - no extra charge.  By having</p> <p>Porcelite repair these fixtures I know I saved a lot of money.  The sink is an older item - color no longer</p> <p>available, and it is in a built-in vanity surrounded by ceramic tiles that will never be color matched.  Thank</p> <p>you Porcelite.</p> <br />

They were fantastic.

I was pretty nervous about having this work done.  But since I couldn't afford a new tub (installation costs yikes!) I opted for the resurfacing.   I got lots of estimates and although Ike's quote was not the lowest, the process he described sounded much more thorough than what others described.  He would sand it, bond the chip, prime it and spray 2-3 coats.   <br /> He was punctual and very friendly both when he gave me quote and when he performed the work.  He and his crew (really his family...so nice) put down drop cloths everywhere they walked and covered everything in the vicinity of the tub.  They even had a fan and long hose to vent the fumes out of the house.    <br /> When finished, he caulked the tub (we had replaced the tile and hadn't caulked yet) around the walls and reinstalled the drain.   Very clean.  The only thing was he used some sort of caulk that started falling apart after a couple weeks.  Maybe it old or maybe just a cheap caulk.  Not sure.  No big deal though I just pulled it out and redid it with my own fancy caulk.  Next time, I'll hand him my choice of caulk and I know he'll do the job. <br /> He gave us instructions on how to take care of the new surface (cleaning, etc) and we've followed it to a "T". <br /> It's been 6 months and the tub still looks great and the chip fix is still perfect.  I would definitely use Porcelite again. <br />
