I had never even heard of the EZE-Breeze patio until I was once again the victim of a botched handyman repair. I am the queen of botched projects. It’s like something always goes wrong no matter what I’m having fixed in my house. I found Porch Conversion of Charlotte only by accident when a colleague, knowing how upset I was with my botched porch dilemma, mentioned her neighbor had just installed the EZE-Breeze Patio. Her neighbor was kind enough to let me come take a look. It was impressive and I called Porch Conversion of Charlotte the very next day! I have waited 25 years for a patio I can be proud of and Porch Conversion of Charlotte did not disappoint. The installers were punctual, skilled, and friendly. They gave every attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier! The entire process – from start to finish – went great! I couldn’t be happier!

Replaced my screen patio windows with the Eze Breeze windows, transforming my screened patio into a three season room! Extremely satisfied with the results and the communication leading up to the install. The crew workers were fantastic! Their leader, Lorenzo, is amazing! He is a perfectionist, and hard worker. The porch was completed in two days, and it is BEAUTIFUL! We shopped around, and got estimates from several companies. Porch Conversions was not the cheapest, but was by far the best QUALITY ! We could not be happier with our porch! Their follow up visit and walk through after it was finished, we were given a year’s supply of cleaners and even the rags to take care of our porch! We LOVE the people AND the company!

We have an approximate 200 square foot porch that needed to be enclosed on one side. For such a small space, it wasn't worth spending a lot of money for a four seasons porch. Porch Conversions' product was the next best thing at less than half the cost. We did an inordinate amount of research into their product and even visited the owner's premises to see it. Not surprisingly, the product is exactly as it is described. Its installation was even better. As the perfectionists we are, we were concerned about how it would be installed, and It was exceptionally well done. It meets absolutely all of our expectations, and with the warranty that goes with this product, a true evalutation of its quality, we never expect to have anything replaced.

Perfect!! The team that did the work were prompt, courteous and communicated the process throughout the job. It was like having a close friend do the job for me. The result was a complete transformation of my porch; one which I'll be able to enjoy year-round. Superb job!!

Took a while to get on the schedule for installation but part of that was because they made each window a custom size based on our current porch frame - a great option that lowered our cost. Love our new sun room and would recommend to anyone!

It went very well. They were right on time and the installation was neat and quick! Transformed our porch into a wonderful room that we are using all the time now!

Ordered windows as I am a bit of a DIYer. Nine windows in total, all varying slightly in dimensions. Picked up in Salisbury and was able to install all nine windows in less then 4 hours by myself. Most windows were around 55 inches wide and 88 inches tall, with slight variances on less that 3/4ths of an inch in width due to framing widths. All windows fit like a glove. First spring we have had in years where the pollen did not overwhelm the porch. Great product, and am planning to do sister in laws porch and our breezeway in the next month with their product.

Very good service. We had a few issues that needed to be addressed under warranty, but these were taken care of without any problems.

The 2 men arrived as scheduled and promptly started installing the windows. They worked diligently until the job was completed. They left the work area clean and returned everything back to its place in the patio. Worker were friendly, polite and answered any and all questions.

They did the work with a small team, two installers & occasional helper. We had minor weather related delays, but the completed the job in a week. They also did some additional work on my deck, that was very good quality at a reasonable price, and covered in a plank floor. Would definitely use them again, and have been happy with the materials.

The job was done with care and professionalism! We love the windows on our porch! Our porch stays cleaner and dryer. We love how easy it is to remove the windows for cleaning or storage.

The installer (Eddie) and his team did an excellent job with the installation and clean up. Nice group of guys worked long hours and cleaned up the site at the end of each day. Brad is a pleasure to work with- from planning to installation to wrap up.

I must say that my level of appreciation and customer satisfaction toward Porch Conversion is at a high level because of the craftsmanship and professionalism in building my 12x17 sunscreen porch.  You can be the best company in the world, but if you don't have the right people representing you in the front line, and can who do the quality work that was promised...... Well, we all know what follows that. Here comes all the complaints and essentially the down fall of the business. What made me very comfortable in choosing Porch Conversion is when the owner Mr Brad Beachy and salesman Mr Bob Dewhurst reassured me that every workers qualification was fully investigated along with a back ground check. Also, Mr Bryan who is the company's certified engineer, will make sure that all the necessary permits are properly taking care of. The outstanding crew who did a magnificent job on my sunroom was Tommy and Mike. With other needs and small little changes, they're right there to make it happen. They also made sure that every nut and bolt and exact measurements was applied correctly. You can rest assure when you have two highly skilled craftsman, and who are very sensitive to your needs, you will rate them a five star just like I did. Porch Conversion offered optional windows to go along with my sunscreen at a very economical price. It's called Eze-Breeze, which are vinyl windows that can slide all the way to the top or bottom. I started out shopping for a sunscreen and now I have a wonderful and beautiful sunroom just by adding the windows. This will allow me to enjoy the outside more than I had planned to.
