"Wow, I would like to point out 1 disgruntled customer.... Lets be REAL about this situation. When I showed up you had cleaned the floor.... so lets address this, lets say I go and change the oil, spark plugs all that, your generator was not working for like a year or so. your carburetor was completely ruined, and it did not even have oil in the unit.... meaning it had leaked out... So I added oil, and when we ran it everything was fine, and then two weeks later you say its leaking,,,, I went there a total of 3 times and did not even charge you for those 3 visits.... NOW lets get to the part about being a decent human being, doing a little bit of research, maybe double checking with another small engine company.... my last visit i confirmed your oil leak was from your rear main seal.... now if you have any experience with engines at all, the rear main seal is completely hidden, and protected. I can not tamper with, hit it , bump it, mess with it, or anything to cause it to start to leak.... So honestly, i could not of caused that, and I KNOW I did not cause that. So please, i find it really disrespectful and rude that you would put these reviews... I treated you well, I told you what we needed to do and you obviously did not want to spend the money it would take to tear that apart..... so your basically trying to make me pay or cover the cost, but like i said call any engine shop, they will tell you that what service i performed on it, had no way shape or form anything to do with your oil leak."
