No guarantee of the job quality. Use of low-level materials despite the high prices for each item. . Very tardy or no responses to questions or concerns. Multiple scopes change abruptly without notification. They reached out to me for my interior painting project posted in Angi, but at the actual visit, they recommended multiple updates in the kitchen, mud room, living room floor, basement, lighting, painting, etc. Overall it is a waste of time and money (almost $90,000). The project manager (owner ) never responded after the whole payment was completed.

I can't imagine how my experience with Potomac D&R could have been any better. The management of the job was top notch from the very beginning. The crew was highly experienced, and went above and beyond my expectations, I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a renovation, repair or whole house outdoor painting (as in my case).

I can't recommend Potomac D&R highly enough. High-quality build and the team did a commendable job communicating with me throughout the project, which, if you've done any home improvement work, you know helps keep your mind at ease about the project timeline and outcomes. We built a 16x20 deck on the back of our house, knocked out a couple windows to replace with a sliding door, and ripped out an old set of steps and a door. The deck is really beautiful, and they displayed the kind of attention to detail that shows you they care about their clients. Really grateful for their work, and you should consider them for your next project.
