I bought my mountain home just over a month ago. I had it inspected first. It has a home warranty, which by the way is crap. ( Choice Home Warranty). Don?t use them. Anyway, needless to say the house I bought came up with some unexpected surprises. The light above the kitchen table didn?t work and in my bedroom only one outlet was working. I was skeptical about hiring an electrician. The cost is what I was really afraid of. I?ve already put in nearly 30k in the house. I had filed a claim with the warranty company wasted my money on the service fee. Never heard from CHW. So I was very Leary about getting scammed again. I read the reviews about PowerCore and they were all good. So I had them come out to give me an estimate. The two young men arrived on time & were extremely courteous and professional. They checked out what I needed gave me an estimate, which by the way was very reasonable. I hired PowerCore on the spot. The work performed was excellent. Great company!!!!!!

Fantastic work! They arrived within an hour! Completed the installation of my chandelier within an hour! Alex, Brennan, and Chris were prompt, courteous, professional, maintained an orderly work space, were mindful of walls and furniture while moving their ladder in and out, and returned furniture after their work. They demonstrated great team work and provided excellent customer service.

Arrived on time. Professional and respectful technicians. On first day, they detected the circuit breaker that failed due to sticking and age (the house is 39 years old) and got the electricity back on. They gave me a proposal to replace all circuit breakers other than the main breaker. When there was a question on the proposal, customer service responded immediately and we came to equitable solution. Work was done exceptionally well the next day by a technician, who sent texts to keep me apprised of his ETA and ensured that all electricity in home was operational.

Yes. They came out right away and completed the job and more. They tracked down a regaled wiring problem and fixed that also. I would definitely hire them again

Powercore Electrical was able to fit our repair requests in their schedule the day after we used the Angie app. One request was to fix a dimmer light switch for the kitchen overhead lights. The LED lights were incompatible with the dimmer so Powercore replaced the dimmer with a regular switch. The second issue was a loose outlet plug. Powercore had appropriate sized screws to to fix the problem. The third request was to fix the non functional light in the attic. Powercore traced the wire and found a loose connection that was repaired. While Powercore was here we also requested quotes for three electrical projects. Powercore was very helpful in explaining the techniques and options available to implement each project. We are presently waiting for those quotes and if we decide to progress with the projects we will list those projects under a separate Angie listing. If we have additional electrical problems in the future we plan to call Powercore again.
