They were professional and easy to work with. When I called the office, she was friendly, and gave me the price and made an appointment over the phone. They sent a confirmation of the appointment and the invoice by email, as well as an appointment reminder. The technician came on time and was friendly. He took his time and did a thorough job. The entire house looked like new when he was done. The concrete front steps and patio changed from their worn gray to a lighter pale color. The company sent a request for comments and an email receipt immediately. I am very pleased with the work and will use them in the future.

Badly, first they did the wrong house, then when they came "to see what I was complaining about" I had to stand in my driveway and flag them down. They said oh we had a couple numbers mixed up, I sent email with my address clearly stated: then they "cleaned" my roof. Algae still there. I had a different company come in NOW my roof looks great.

"It’s very unfortunate this customer had a bad experience with our service. We focus very highly on quality of service and the customer experience. Initially we had the wrong address in the system for the customer which Caused the mixup. Once we discovered the wrong house was done we came out we clean the roof and told the customer to wait a few months to let the organic matter come off the roof safely as directed by all major insurance companies and shingle manufacturers. Customer called us back in less than a month saying he doesn’t think the roof is clean enough. Normally we tell the customer to be patient and check it in another two months however due to the little mixup we sent truck back out as a courtesy to re-clean the roof knowing full well probably needed more time. This is the reason we provide a six month guarantee and and request are able to provide a letter for insurance companies. The customer clearly did not want to wait for this to happen and he had somebody forcibly remove the remaining debris more than likely voiding the warranty on the roof and also avoiding our six month guarantee. We never encourage anyone to force any Organic matter such as moss, algae or mold from the surface of an asphalt roof as granules in the shingles can become displaced or damaged. All of our procedures are in line with major insurance companies and shingle manufacturers and done to the specifications provided. I encourage anyone with questions on our services to give us a call and asked to speak to the owner. I will be more than happy to explain what we do to protect your property, to perform the work correctly into ensure it’s done to the best of our ability."

Superior job. My driveway is so clean it sparkles! My gutters are actually white again. I'm amazed at the high quality and professionalism of this company. Will definitely have them clean my back porch and walkway next year. Wish I had a before and after picture. It's almost like having a new house!

The job went very well. The two gentleman that worked on the cleaning were very courteous and worked very diligently $475to clean the siding in a very detailed manner. I would definitely utilize this company again.

Kyle and his team at Powergreen are wonderful to work with...from Nicole in the office to the guys out in the field. They are smart, courteous, hard working and all-around good people. This is our second year doing our outside Christmas lights with Powergreen - it's a pleasure to see our house lit up for the season...we are hooked. Professionally done without any fuss or headaches. No fighting with tangled wires (or my husband)...it's a DREAM. The added bonus - when there is an issue - Kyle and his team are ON IT. You don't have to worry - just make a quick call - and you know the problem will be fixed - straight away. We use Powergreen for our lights - but, we are going to switch our other services (driveway sealing, gutter cleaning, etc) to them as well. Kyle is the kinda guy that is easy to get behind. You want to see his business thrive!

The owner is a former serviceman and his training and work ethic really shines through in his service. Very easy to deal with. This service is better than power washing in that it uses natural enzymes and gentle pressure to clean rather than blast.

Powergreen team was extremely professional and responsive. Called and left message on a weekend expecting a call back the following week and received a call back within the hour and was able to schedule right then. Kyle came on 5/22/17 and cleaned my drive,walk and stamped concrete patio. It looked beautiful. About a month later my patio started to turn white again. I contacted Kyle and he stated that he would come out and look at it. I never had to call him back or chase after him. He told me that if there was no rain he would take care of it. On 7/8/17 he came out and recoated my stamped patio it looks great. I can't believe that the first time in my life I had a problem with work done that I didn't have to keep calling to get something done. Kyle went above and beyond for me ,I would recommend him to anyone who wants work of this type done. He also stated that if happens again he would take care of it. This is the best money I ever spent. Kyle is a true to his word professional.

Kyle has an amazing setup with everything he needs to completely do the job, his knowledge on the right chemicals to use & the proper use of them was spot on!!! I really didn't think it was possible to bring my badly weathered fence all the way to back to looking like new but Kyle & his crew pulled it off, even my neighbors thought I got a new fence installed. I would highly recommend Powergreen pressure washers to anyone that wants a quality, professional company that's very knowledgeable about what it's gone to take for the particular job they need done. PowerGreen Pressure Washing did an amazing job cleaning my house! The vinyl siding looks brand new. The composite deck cleaned up great. Gutters look like new. I was told by Perfect Power Wash they could not get the black streaks off the gutters. Well guess what PowerGreen did their magic and they are now clean as new. Great job! Great company! Great customer service! Highly recommend them!
