We came across Power Home Remodeling while watching our neighbor have his doors and windows replaced. We were very impressed with the workmanship of the crew, so we decided to schedule a quote. Jalen was the employee who came out for our consultation, and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and completely transparent about the condition of our existing windows and doors. He took his time explaining the different product options available to us and answered all of our questions clearly. His presentation of the Pella Symphony Series Windows really sold us on the product, and we felt confident moving forward with our purchase. Christian, who came out to take the measurements, was equally courteous, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. The installation crews were also very efficient and professional. Overall, we had a very positive experience with Power.

We had our roof installed in May we knew we needed a new roof and we put our trust in the company to come out and properly install the roof they came out they did what they needed to do as we thought they didn?t replace most of the boards in the attic that needed to be replaced also, there?s venting ridge system they installed. They never bother nailing it down boards that they were supposed to be cut in for venting. Looks like they partially cut it in and then just smashed it in with a hammer I have been on numerous phone calls have had numerous inspectors at the house and they barely wanna fix what they need to do. They just wanna patchwork it. I?ve actually had to consider going forward with hiring an attorney cause I cannot get them to do their job correctly. When you call the main office you get transferred to somebody new every time and they say I?ll hand it over to my mentor and will get back to you and they never do then you call again and you?re transferred to so many new it?

The entire project went really smoothly. Our sales reps, Joe and Nate, were awesome and informative without being pushy. We were able to get our windows installed quickly, and the crew that came out did a nice job. They were efficient and courteous; all of our windows got replaced in one day. We've gotten follow-ups throughout the process. We like that everyone seems to care about our project and is knowledgeable about their products and processes.
We would recommend Power to anyone looking for windows!

This company uses third party subcontractors to get the new windows installed. When we signed the contract, power associates told they will only use their employees. In fact they have hired the local company and they work independently on their own and company is Schaumburg, IL based. Main person is a Russian descent and offered extra work he can do on the side. The crew broke our bathroom tiles along the window. Never been fixed or replaced. We installed 26 new windows and the crew chief used his SALIVA along the trim of the all the windows. He was laughing when I and my wife asked him not to do so. I called their corporate office and 2 of the manager level personnel told " that is a regular practice ". I checked online and found, using SALIVA is a old way of doing, but now a days worker use water to smooth the glue/ sealer. It is disgusting to have someone's saliva on our 26 windows. The manager told us this is how sealer is applied and SALIVA will disappear!!!!

I had the windows on the south side of my house replace by power. From the initial contact of the door to door sales person, the sales person Riley the tech who came out to measure for the job they all very professional and informative. Your technicians were on time, fast and knew what they were doing. I appreciate power sending someone out to inspect the job. I have no problem using this company again

As a new home owner needing some work done, Isaias popped in at a great time! He was very easy to talk to and not pushy at all. Talked about a few things i need done and settled on a couple of window first. Made my appointment there and then!
Pedro came by on our schedule time and we talked in great detail about the products and reviews. Very detailed which is great, especially for a first time home owner like me. Didn’t take much and I was sold!

They did amazing work, helped me jump a car with a dead battery to get it out of the way, and were able to do my whole roof in one day. They also cleaned up after themselves making sure nothing was left behind and that there were no old nails or debris anywhere.

If I could give Power Home Remodeling zero stars, I would. Their warranty process is an absolute joke. I filed my first warranty claim over a year ago, and instead of resolving the issue, things have only gotten worse. I now have three windows in my home that need to be replaced, and somehow Power has managed to make the experience even more frustrating at every step.
Their so-called ?industry-leading warranty? is nothing more than a marketing line. In reality, it?s a maze of delays, empty promises, and zero accountability. Communication is terrible. Follow-through is nonexistent. Every time I reached out, I was met with excuses, rescheduling, or silence. They drag their feet for months at a time, leaving their customers stuck with defective products Power refuses to take responsibility for.
What?s most infuriating is that I trusted Power because they claimed to stand behind their work. But when the windows failed, they suddenly disappeared behind layers of support reps who couldn?t

Been trying to get in touch with this company, All my windows seals are broken, Tried texting, calling and emails. No return calls. Windows look terrible. They say Life time warranty, Yeah Right

I would not recommend them. They are a horrible company that promises everything is under a warranty but when something goes wrong they will say the problem was not caused by them. We had work done in our attic and the work caused a ventilation issue which then caused water damage on our ceiling. When we contacted the company, they said their work didn't do but we this only happened AFTER they installed the radiant barrier in our attic. We contacted a roofer that informed us that their installation created this issue. Power refuses to fix the problem and refuse to take responsibility.

After looking into your project notes I can see that you’ve already been in contact with us regarding this concern. We’ve since had an installation manager come out to your home and check the integrity of our work. Our radiant barrier was installed correctly however while on-site we observed that the ridge vent and any intake ventilation along the eave of your home that may exist was blocked by ice. This is an indication of a possible ice dam or snow build-up over the intake or exhaust ventilation that would prevent the necessary airflow through the attic. It was also noted that in December of 2024, condensation was forming on most of the windows in your home, which would suggest the presence of excess moisture in the home. Both of these are contributing to the damage that you are seeing. Unfortunately, these are not issues that Power can assist with as they are unrelated to the work Power has performed at the home.
