6+ Room New Window Service
This company uses third party subcontractors to get the new windows installed. When we signed the contract, power associates told they will only use their employees. In fact they have hired the local company and they work independently on their own and company is Schaumburg, IL based. Main person is a Russian descent and offered extra work he can do on the side. The crew broke our bathroom tiles along the window. Never been fixed or replaced. We installed 26 new windows and the crew chief used his SALIVA along the trim of the all the windows. He was laughing when I and my wife asked him not to do so. I called their corporate office and 2 of the manager level personnel told " that is a regular practice ". I checked online and found, using SALIVA is a old way of doing, but now a days worker use water to smooth the glue/ sealer. It is disgusting to have someone's saliva on our 26 windows. The manager told us this is how sealer is applied and SALIVA will disappear!!!!

I had the windows on the south side of my house replace by power. From the initial contact of the door to door sales person, the sales person Riley the tech who came out to measure for the job they all very professional and informative. Your technicians were on time, fast and knew what they were doing. I appreciate power sending someone out to inspect the job. I have no problem using this company again

As a new home owner needing some work done, Isaias popped in at a great time! He was very easy to talk to and not pushy at all. Talked about a few things i need done and settled on a couple of window first. Made my appointment there and then!
Pedro came by on our schedule time and we talked in great detail about the products and reviews. Very detailed which is great, especially for a first time home owner like me. Didn’t take much and I was sold!

They did amazing work, helped me jump a car with a dead battery to get it out of the way, and were able to do my whole roof in one day. They also cleaned up after themselves making sure nothing was left behind and that there were no old nails or debris anywhere.

Very professional and timely installation. The team did everything that they said they were supposed to do. I am very pleased with the quality of my new windows and how they look in my older home. The sales person did a wonderful job explaining all of the features and even took extra time to inspect other parts of my home that I was having issues with. If I could give Power Home Remodeling zero stars, I would. Their warranty process is an absolute joke. I filed my first warranty claim over a year ago, and instead of resolving the issue, things have only gotten worse. I now have three windows in my home that need to be replaced, and somehow Power has managed to make the experience even more frustrating at every step.
Their so-called ?industry-leading warranty? is nothing more than a marketing line. In reality, it?s a maze of delays, empty promises, and zero accountability. Communication is terrible. Follow-through is nonexistent. Every time I reached out, I was met with excuses, rescheduling, or silence. They drag their feet for months at a time, leaving their customers stuck with defective products Power refuses to take responsibility for.
What?s most infuriating is that I trusted Power because they claimed to stand behind their work. But when the windows failed, they suddenly disappeared behind layers of support reps who couldn?t

Been trying to get in touch with this company, All my windows seals are broken, Tried texting, calling and emails. No return calls. Windows look terrible. They say Life time warranty, Yeah Right

I would not recommend them. They are a horrible company that promises everything is under a warranty but when something goes wrong they will say the problem was not caused by them. We had work done in our attic and the work caused a ventilation issue which then caused water damage on our ceiling. When we contacted the company, they said their work didn't do but we this only happened AFTER they installed the radiant barrier in our attic. We contacted a roofer that informed us that their installation created this issue. Power refuses to fix the problem and refuse to take responsibility.

After looking into your project notes I can see that you’ve already been in contact with us regarding this concern. We’ve since had an installation manager come out to your home and check the integrity of our work. Our radiant barrier was installed correctly however while on-site we observed that the ridge vent and any intake ventilation along the eave of your home that may exist was blocked by ice. This is an indication of a possible ice dam or snow build-up over the intake or exhaust ventilation that would prevent the necessary airflow through the attic. It was also noted that in December of 2024, condensation was forming on most of the windows in your home, which would suggest the presence of excess moisture in the home. Both of these are contributing to the damage that you are seeing. Unfortunately, these are not issues that Power can assist with as they are unrelated to the work Power has performed at the home. My experience started well but turned south at the end. The company was on time and friendly. Installation took place on schedule. They get two stars due to what were admitted mistakes in pricing on their part and the refusal to honor there word. This was supposed to be a 2 part project. 1st half took place on the day of installation I found out the second half was more expensive than originally quoted. They refused to honor the original price even though they admitted fault. Only a "customer appeasement" discount was offered. Even with that discount the cost of the second half of the project would be about $2k higher. That's unacceptable and they seemed content in losing a customer. So I'll use a different company going forward. They are friendly but their pricing is deceptive. I would not recommend. Just so no thank you if they knock on your door. Thank me later!!

This company will request you to review them multiple times, but don't actually care about the customer experience. We had a project scheduled to replace our gutters, soffits and fascia. They came and dropped their materials off on a Friday for a Monday start day. Well, they dropped all of the materials off right in front of our garage and we were unable to leave our home for three days with a newborn. They have no one working the weekends to answer phones so we weren't able to speak to anyone about it until Monday. When I was finally able to reach them, the manager I spoke with, Natalie, offered no apology or sympathy. Just let me know they'd move it when they got there to start working. Said the instructions indicated to drop off the material there when I know for a fact I said to put them in the backyard, which is right next to the garage with plenty of space. I was so disappointed with how they handled my complaint. We had to cancel plans, couldn't go to the grocery store, and luckily our newborn didn't have any dr appointments or I would have really been livid. They also left behind material for five days and didn't even pick up everything. The work was fine.

We replaced 16 windows and back door through Power Home remodeling 5 years ago. Since that time all of the top sashes have had to be replaced due to leakage and decolorization. These replacements take up to a year from the time the issue is reported to be exchanged. Our back door has a glass panel that also leaked. When they replaced it the replacement was a much cheaper panel and the blinds did not work as they should have. This again was replaced with the same cheaper, not working as should blinds and a poor job of installation also. It has now been over a year and we are told that the manufacturer of the glass/ blind panel is out of business and they are trying to find another source. This is terrible, when I speak to their service department they tell me that they will review the issue with a manager and the manager will contact me. A MANAGER HAS YET TO CONTACT ME.
