The Power staff did an excellent job installing 4 windows in our home. Very professional, great cleanup and the windows look great! Would definitely want Magno and crew back when we install our door and the next 2 windows!

Until recently, I would have recommended Power to everyone for window. I had windows in stalled in 2012 and have had some replaced due to the seal leaking an making the windows look dirty. I did not have to pay for the replacements, as there is a LIFETIME WARRANTY on them. I called again in February, due to more window having the same seal leak. I was then informed that it would cost me $188/window pane to be replaced. WHAT??????????? I am the original owner of the windows and have a LIFETIME WARRANTY on these. WHY the heck do I have to pay MORE money for these windows that have a LIFETIME WARRANTY????? I called the manufacturer of the windows and explained to them what the issue was. I was told that Power never filed the warranty with the manufacturer. When I contacted Power about this, they said that their warranty was for LABOR, and the manufacturer no longer makes these windows, so the $188 is for a design change (or something like that). Power has to be the best company to come out and work on my home. The Team that came out throughout this process was knowledgeable, through, and patient. ALL questions were answered to my satisfaction in a way that I could understand and feel comfortable with. If you need gutters, windows and doors, POWER is the company to call.

The crew was very professional. They communicated very well and took care to make sure the outside was tarped and safe for my children to come in and out.

After the high pressure sales tactics and 4 hours, we decided to have 12 windows replace. They sold us on the lifetime warranty for product and installation. 10 years later the uv coating is failing and looks tremble. Called their customer service # and was informed that the manufacturer canceled the warranty and will not replace the window sashes without me paying $180 per sash. Each window has 2 sashes and would be $360 per windows times 12 windows equals $4320. Don't fall for their tactics and fake warranties.

When it comes to exterior and window home renovations project, Power is the go to company. I was astonished on the time frame, professionalism and commitment to the great customer service and satisfaction. From start to end I am provided with updates on the progress of the work with the Pulse app. You can go shopping and while away you will relieves images of the work being done. The crew is great and treat your home as they would treat their own.

My experience with Power Home Remodeling has been positive thus far.I had 7 windows installed.I was not pressured to buy their products. I was encouraged to get estimates to compare product and prices.The windows were installed and look great. The installers were on time and cleaned up everything. I would use them again for future projects.

I recently had windows installed on 11/3/2025 and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial interaction with the gentleman who knocked on my door who was professional and nice to the customer service personnel who scheduled the in home review. To Linus and Tripp who provided a wonderful overview of the windows, and they were not aggressive with trying to get a sale! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, respectful, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with each step. They never pressured me into any decisions or services, which made the experience feel honest and refreshing. It was clear they truly cared about doing what was best for me and my home, not just making a sale. The installation itself was smooth and efficient, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. The workers were professional and timely. Once the work was done, I got the pleasure of meeting Mr. Patel.

Power Home Remodeling company is delightful to do business with them. From the door knocker, through completion, all personnel were professional and personable. Chris, sales person, was patient and very knowledgeable. The price was better than what we had seen from another company two years ago. Gene/Jean, JPC, installation manager, and his entire team were efficient, fast, very clean, organized and professional. Jose joined the team later in the day to do all the inside calking and to help the team in any other area. Not many home remodeling projects even have a separate person for quality control. Kit, quality control manager, was very professional and personable and informative. He gave additional pointers on cleaning and maintaining the windows. He was very very thorough in inspection, and additionally climbed into the attic to examine the insulation there. Overall, a very pleasant experience…

From start to finish, this project was completely done with quality craftsmanship. The employees are very professional and attentive to my questions and needs. Once the installation was completed, they send a quality assurance manager to make sure everything was completed with perfection. Kit took his time and inspected every window. The crew showed up when they said they would and started immediately. I was very impressed with their work ethic and their ability to complete such a complex project in such a timely manner. I highly recommend this company for your house projects. I will be using them again and again!

This was honestly the worst experience with a company I have ever had working on my house, inside and out. They failed to follow instructions, the crew constantly left trash and mess outside my house while they were working, they damaged my property, and the communication was abysmal through the whole process. I asked to have a site supervisor come out - who did not show up until the last day - and he basically apologized and said it was too late to do anything. He pushed me to sign off on the job without looking at the house, and said “siding is easy” and “gutters are basically aesthetic” when I voiced my concerns over quality. I don’t even know if they installed everything correctly, which is outrageous considering the cost of the job. I literally cried the day before they were done, and the only comfort I had was that it was almost over. I haven’t even shown off the finished project which I should be happy about, because all I can do is tell everyone how upset and horrible the experience was. They were unprofessional, disrespectful, and lacked communication. I wish I could vote it a -5, because one is beyond generous.

I had them install new gutters and two new doors. First, the original sales person lied. When I said I would likely go with a company that also does gutter guards, he went on this long tangent about how I wouldn’t need gutter guards because their gutters were so wide. Guess what I now need installed because their gutters keep getting clogged? Then, the person taking measurements and scoping out the project asked if they could reroute one of my downspouts - I said yes only because they failed to mention that the downspout was attached to underground drainage and now it’s not - causing erosion issues in my backyard. The guys that installed my gutters left scrap metals, screws and DOZENS of cigarette butts. When the Q&A guy came and I mention a few places where the corners were cut or put together badly, he said it was “just aesthetics.” Between the two projects I spent over $10k - I expect them to not cut corners on aesthetics. When the doors were installed, the colors looked NOTHING like they did on their iPads. I’ve spent a year trying to find a color match to the rest of my trim. Not to mention the one door has to be slammed shut to close all the way (hard to do when you’re disabled) and the doorknob was installed upside down. Again, when you spend over 10 grand I’d think they’d pay a little more attention to detail. Not to mention they ripped multiple layers of paint off my interior wall. And honestly, I hate the doors. Now my gutters are leaking less than a year after installation.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. Eventually got to a reasonable cost with a little back and forth. Windows look great!! Looked the follow up and QC appt to ensure everything was properly installed. A little hiccup with my plantation shutters but they are working to fix that promptly.

From the first sales visit for a quote through installation and cleanup this experience could not have been better. The salesperson was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The turn around time for 10 windows was only 2 weeks. The day of installation went with no problems The installers arrived on time, were courteous and careful, and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. Every representative of the company was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. This is the 2nd time I have used Power Home Remodeling and highly recommend them.
