This was my first experience with these guys, and I was positively impressed with them on several levels. The sales consultant knew what he was about--he showed us several options and helped us find one that fit our budget and addressed our strongest priorities. The installers were efficient and did a professional job. Finally, they sent a representative out to inspect the finished work, and that helped me feel comfortable that it was all done right. I will use them in the future for additional work.

Until recently, I would have recommended Power to everyone for window. I had windows in stalled in 2012 and have had some replaced due to the seal leaking an making the windows look dirty. I did not have to pay for the replacements, as there is a LIFETIME WARRANTY on them. I called again in February, due to more window having the same seal leak. I was then informed that it would cost me $188/window pane to be replaced. WHAT??????????? I am the original owner of the windows and have a LIFETIME WARRANTY on these. WHY the heck do I have to pay MORE money for these windows that have a LIFETIME WARRANTY????? I called the manufacturer of the windows and explained to them what the issue was. I was told that Power never filed the warranty with the manufacturer. When I contacted Power about this, they said that their warranty was for LABOR, and the manufacturer no longer makes these windows, so the $188 is for a design change (or something like that). I spent thousands of dollars on

6+ Room New Window Service
After the high pressure sales tactics and 4 hours, we decided to have 12 windows replace. They sold us on the lifetime warranty for product and installation. 10 years later the uv coating is failing and looks tremble. Called their customer service # and was informed that the manufacturer canceled the warranty and will not replace the window sashes without me paying $180 per sash. Each window has 2 sashes and would be $360 per windows times 12 windows equals $4320. Don't fall for their tactics and fake warranties.

I recently had windows installed on 11/3/2025 and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial interaction with the gentleman who knocked on my door who was professional and nice to the customer service personnel who scheduled the in home review. To Linus and Tripp who provided a wonderful overview of the windows, and they were not aggressive with trying to get a sale! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, respectful, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with each step. They never pressured me into any decisions or services, which made the experience feel honest and refreshing. It was clear they truly cared about doing what was best for me and my home, not just making a sale.
The installation itself was smooth and efficient, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. The workers were professional and timely. Once the work was done, I got the pleasure of meeting Mr. Patel.
