From the first meeting with the professionals at Power Home Remodeling we were immediately impressed with their attention to detail and willingness to answer all of our questions.
When we made the decision to go with Power to replace our windows, timelimes were clearly communicated, and the Power app is very helpful for keeping track of scheduling.
On the day of the install, a team of professionals arrived exactly on time, were respectful of our home, did an amazing job, and left our house spotless.

Power Home Remodeling certainly made an impression! Having a salesman stay until nearly 1 AM for a door install quote is definitely a marathon session. It sounds like the financing and closing tactics left you feeling pressured, which isn't ideal. However, the actual door installation work was top-notch. Good communication to the point of annoyance at times, but that's preferred over silence. While their app has some areas for growth, the fact that it's still better than a Home Depot or Lowe's partnered install is a significant point in their favor. Power Home Remodeling is pricier, but the superior installation quality seems to justify the higher cost in your experience. For anyone considering Power Home Remodeling, be prepared for a potentially lengthy sales process with assertive financing and closing techniques. However, if a high-quality installation is your priority and you're willing to invest more, they appear to deliver excellent results.

They came and did my gutters it was quick easy and efficient everyone i worked with was was friendly and kind clean up was quick and painless they left my house better then it was. I also had them. Come back and do my windows again quick work and done within a couple of hours and clean it once again better than we had it.

They were "short" two shutters on my complete window replacement. Funny they didn't mention it until after I handed the guy the check, so he could leave before the job was really done. Now I'm stuck with two old white shutters on the front of my house next to the new red ones. Oh, it looks just wonderful as you might think. Funny now, they won't do anything about it! Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. BTW the 5-star reviews are likely a result of the same "discount" they offered me. Don't believe them.

I like how they conducted business - the no pressure sales, comprehensive follow up to all steps, competitive pricing... this company really wants their consumers to have a good experience. We'll be doing more work them in the spring, bc it's too cold to do the next few things we need done!

This company has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Their site manager Mike Murphy was rude, combative and borderline threatening. When asked to leave the property he refused and had to be told several times. Never have I been made to feel so uncomfortable in my own home. He basically bullied my parents into the install of a door that did not meet the description of what was promised AND not only did they damage the flooring around the door there is also a piece missing. Beware who you let in your home. This is not a company with integrity.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Very thorough explanations of products, installation, and warranty. Workers were on time, worked very efficiently, and were respectful. Installation was only one day and there was a quality check afterwards. Also appreciated the use of a phone app to stay on top of dates and expectations. Excellent window installation experience. Will be using again for siding in another year or so. Highly recommend.

The Cutco of home remodeling. Shiny and nice upfront but the work doesn't hold up and they couldn't care less once they get the money and run.

Everything was presented well and explained well. They did a really good job installing everything as well. I changed windows and gutters. We had a big rain storm right after and we normally get water in the basement. After the new 6k bigger gutters we didn’t have any issues.

Power home remodeling - Stay Away - Scammers with hidden charges. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE REP JEREMY STAY AWAY ….. they quote a price and keep calling you with hidden prices . I was quoted a certain price by their estimator who even took pictures of each window to be done. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PICTURES ON THEIR OFFICIAL APP WITH HIS FINGER POINTED. The day of the install , one of their representatives Jeremy (rudest rep ever) calls up and says they didn’t account for the right number of windows and asked for more money. It’s not the money but the fact that the customer service representative made it sound like he did us a favor by letting us know their estimator messed up, or so they claim. Totally shameless scammers and that too for a couple of hundred dollars. Not to mention they brought over a broken window, didn’t install it and have the audacity to ask for a completion signature. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND GO WITH RENEWAL BY ANDERSSEN . I would rate this zero stars if I could. Absolute worst customer service. STAY AWAY

What a professional experience. From start to finish. Conner with the initial set up. Igor and his crew showed up on time. He explained everything that was going to happen. They installed 17 windows in a timely manner. They put tarps down as to not make a mess. They cleaned up and took all the trash with them. Peter showed up to make sure the installation was done correctly. He did a walk through with us to make sure all the windows were functional. Answer all our questions. Top to bottom class act. Would definitely recommend using this company.
