The work was done efficiently and professionally, and all facets of the job were communicated in a timely manner, which provided us with a strong sense of confidence in the service provided. At every step of the project, the crew and support staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous, which allowed for no interruption of daily routine. I would gladly use Power again for future projects.

All teams were very professional and very polite. Honestly addressed our concerns and worked with us to get a price we could afford as we slowly fix my very old house. Very thorough with their inspections as well. Great job overall.

Power Windows did a fantastic job and replaced 22 windows in one day. I’m completely satisfied with the Pella windows and they were really careful about treating my home with care. I highly recommend them! The team is professional. They answer any questions right away.

Yes! They arrived about 9:15 and went right to work. As far as I can see they did a wonderful job and now I can open my windows! Very efficient. Would have them back again!

Value: I will give them a 4: it was not a bargain But a 3 on Customer Service; and If I can leave notes, they sent out multiple crews and I could not communicate with one of them which caused work to be performed that was unnecessary and added to our costs and time.

We had new replacement siding and gutters installed. They were the more expensive option. We loved the product used. The dumpster was delivered. The product was delivered. The workers came the next day. There were 4 to 5 workers on the job for 5 days. After that the gutters were installed. It's beautiful! The workers cleaned up at the end of each day and respectful. The care taken by the workers to do a good job was appreciated. THANK YOU!!

Had new board and batton siding as well as black gutters and black soffiting. looks beautiful. installers were very detailed and made sure it was done right. very satisfied.

To start, power home remodeling(PHR) came at a completely different time than that which I had signed for to start the roof. Next, I believe they put the wrong color roof shingles on, and when I asked for the sample of the two roof shingles I had initially deliberated over,the pictures never came. The workers left debris all over my yard, including hundreds of nails. Part of this was because they did the work with a foot of snow on the ground, which I would never allow again. Also, outlets, wires, and a radon mitigation pump were left exposed to the elements and it did in fact rain before the workers came back. The workers also showed up again for a time other than that which I had signed for when insulating the roof. It is my belief the company is too big and the details go unaccounted for. The end result is very attractive, but I think you can find a company more responsible and certainly much less expensive than PHR. No, I would not recommend them to anyone else. Windows not done.

This job was done so well- every part of it : siding, gutters, and windows! Each team worked independently of the other teams but coordinated overall by the management team. We were constantly updated by the app and phone calls from helpful support team managers who were 100 interested in our complete satisfaction. All 3 teams who came worked exceptionally well in the cold weather, and their work is absolutely outstanding. Any questions we had were answered asap either through the app, or by phone calls within hours. This is an awesome company to work with !

Power did an amazing job on my windows, gutters, and insulation. Any questions or concerns was addressed timely.

We had our attic insulated (1st visit), a new front door installed (2nd visit), and 10 new windows + a slider installed (3rd visit). All of the professionals installing were great / very friendly. Prior to moving into our home 12 years ago, the previous owners had the siding completed through Power Home and we were able to transfer the lifetime guarantee to us. We've had to have some siding fixed over the years and have always been very pleased with the company. So, when it was time to do updates ourselves, it was a no brainer to go with Power Home Remodeling. And now we have the new work covered under the lifetime guarantee, too. Very pleased with the company and service. We will continue to suggest Power Home to friends and family.
