Michigan homeowners, consider this your warning. Power Home Remodeling will give you a polished presentation, make big promises, and act like customer satisfaction is their number one priority. That is, until the contract is signed and they've been paid. After that, getting support is like trying to shovel snow in July?frustrating and seemingly pointless. In my family's experience, warranty support was an absolute nightmare. It took more than TWO YEARS to get roof problems addressed, and the repairs didn't happen until after internal water damage had already occurred. Apparently, preventing damage isn't nearly as important as reacting after the fact. The gutters were never properly installed in the first place, yet getting anyone to take responsibility was like pulling teeth. Instead of standing behind their work, there were delays, excuses, and broken promises. To make matters worse, subcontractors damaged my mother-in-law's aluminum siding. It's hard not to question the quality

They came out to take a look at windows but after inspecting a few things for me, ultimately they ended up doing attic insulation to help protect my roof. Aaron did a great job explaining everything to me. He, as well as everyone that I’ve worked with from this company, was super professional, very nice and respectful of my home. I would absolutely consider them first for my next project.

2-for-2 with Power Home! This was my second project and they replaced the last 3 remaining windows, and I couldn't be happier. The whole team, from sales to install, was dedicated to making sure I had the best possible experience. They continue to impress. Will continue to use them for any future projects.

Aaron did a great job going thru all the roofing specs and he spent so much time with us to help us pick the right roof for the home. The crew was able to do the roof in one day, the new ventilation system looks amazing. Everything was done as promised. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I met Gus all the was through the completion of my roof replacement. Everyone was very professional and willing to answer any questions that I had. They also sent out someone to inspect that everything was done to my satisfaction and to make sure the quality of the work was done correctly. Great experience.

We had power come by to give us an estimate on new siding and found out they include gutters in the estimate. We've only had the gutters done so far but they're a major improvement from what we had and we love the look. We can't wait to have the siding done. Everyone that has come by has been very respectful, helpful and informative if we had any questions for them. Highly recommend.

Catie came for the estimate, was very friendly and went and gave me through explanation of the products. Very highly quality products and reasonable pricing compared to other companies. I had my roof, gutters and insulation done. All the crews have been fantastic. Power made getting all this done very easy and efficient.

From start to finish these guys have been great. I don?t normally answer for the door knockers but I did on the day Tristan came by. He was wonderful and we set up the quote for later that night. Zach N. came out for the quote and was professional, patient, informative and very respectful. We ended up going forward with the project with high hopes in place. Cy and Sean came out to do the pre-install measurement confirmation and they were professional and efficient as well. Instal happened a little over two weeks later and was smooth considering Michigan weather. The crew was on time, polite and efficient. I am so happy with the whole process and how smooth it went and how awesome everyone was during the different stages. Thank you!!

Right from the first encounter I didn't feel like just a "project" or a "job" but like a person in their home. I felt like they respected that. They were honest and realistic about working with what we needed and what we could afford and we're very helpful. They also did great work.

They did not do as they said they would and has inspected midway through each project. They did not have the proper permits, causing me to get a ticket and now I?ll have to go to court with them. Vice president Mike Smith also offered me a compensation lower than 4/6 hours of a working day pay. My wife had had to call off a 10 hour shift to go with them to court. So if you plan on spending a little bit extra money, just go with somewhere else I thought going here would?ve stopped all these problems. It did not.

We had power out in 2023 for attic insulation and roof replacement, and we just had them back out to replace some windows and the back door. The process was smooth, everyone we spoke with were helpful, and the quality of the work and product speaks for itself.

I was very satisfied with the price, the quality of the windows and the quality of the work to install. The sales reps were friendly and respectful of my time and my budget. I felt respected by all the employees whom I had interactions with. The crew showed up early and were finished in under two hours, leaving no mess. They were respectful and kind in every way.

This company was very professional from start to finish. Very upfront about pricing and process. The app was very useful in tracking progress. They did a very good job of installing the gutters and did a great job of cleanup.
