This is the second time I have had this company complete a project for me. Everyone has been beyond professional and no high pressure sales. I would definitely recommend this company and their employees.

Incredible experience with Power. They replaced our siding and everything about the process was seamless and now our 30+ year old home looks the looks brand new!

I would gladly give this company a negative 1000 if given the chance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY POWER HOME REMODELING FOR ANYTHING. THEY ARE HORIBLE. THEY HAVE THE AUDASITY to say that the water from a storm is why the windows and door is leaking, and that you should not spray water on them. Then why would you even have windows and doors to keep out the weather. I wish I have read the reviews before they were picked to do the job. save yourself the misery & pain of there lies and not standing behind their products they use, or the work. I even hired a home & window inspector to get his opinion on why there is an issue. I have filed a report with the BBB & the Attorney General, I will not stop here, the news stations are next. They will blame everything possible to say that it is not their fault it is yours. and in some since it is I pick them to do a job that they can not handle. If I have to get a lawyer I will do so. Super satisfied with the company and their employees. The boss was able to work with me on an issue before the attic insulation was installed. Susan was great at explaining everything and I really liked her. The young lady at the door was great too. Would be nice to have more time to think about it.

Stephan came out and introduced himself was very friendly and we set up to have a demonstration. The demonstration was great, not pushy. Wasn’t able to do the project back in March but the year guarantee was nice to have. Stephan was in the neighborhood last week and we scheduled Zach to come out! Each was fantastic and we got the attic insulation scheduled. Isaac and his team on install were friendly and efficient. Connor has been great to work with over the phone. It was nice to have their QA Steve come out to make sure the project went well and I was satisfied. Will use them again in the future for windows and door!

Kudos to the door knocker what a great personality. He had talked to my husband so when I came home, we had an appointment set to look at windows and yes, we bought windows from Thomas and we’re so glad we did. Customer Service has been exceptional above and beyond. The pulse Ap is a great assets the app to lets you know everything that’s going on from beginning to end clean up installation everything with superior we would highly recommend this company any day for any project to be done to be professionally and and efficientl. Zach, sales guy was awesome. Answered all our questions without any pressure. Very knowledgeable. The guys installing the windows were pretty quick and clean. Glennon was also real good explaining everything to us and making sure we understood.

From the first knock on the door this team had my interest. I have needed to replace my windows for year yet was not at ease with tha first knock. I was impressed with their knowledge and kindness. Jessica was very knowledgeable! The crew that did the installation were not only kind and skilled their clean up was great. Lucas topped it all off with great service, respect and another project! From sales to install and even post install quality assurance, these guys are very professional, friendly and courteous. We even had changes from our original order and they accommodated us like it was no big deal... And I'm sure they had a lot to do to make the changes.

Fantastic! In a world where the project fails to meet your expectations and has a lot of misadventures, the crew at my house with Power Home Remodeling was kinda like those movie dream sequences where magic happens. Han and all the others were so efficient and kind. I had a lot of anxiety about my decision to hire, a lot of those ‘what have I done’ moments, but from the first to the last I was just so happy to see the result of these hard working and skilled professionals. Modern materials and a clean look to my old digs.

From start to finish getting new windows has been a great experience! It wasn?t just the high quality Pella windows that sold me, but also the excellent installation process that will protect the surrounding infrastructure from water infiltration and intimately damage, something many installers ignore.

5/5 Contracting experience! Ben, Eddie's crew, Brain, and Steve were all extremely profession and demonstrated immense expertise on window installation. Our windows were replaced within the day and installed flawlessly. We were also impressed with their communication and punctuality. We highly recommend Powers/Pella for any window or other contracting need.
