Thus is our second experience with power and it's been exceptional. Their pricing is more than competitive. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, and respectful. The quality of work has been exceptional, as well, and we will use Power again. Highly recommended!

5/5 Contracting experience! Ben, Eddie's crew, Brain, and Steve were all extremely profession and demonstrated immense expertise on window installation. Our windows were replaced within the day and installed flawlessly. We were also impressed with their communication and punctuality. We highly recommend Powers/Pella for any window or other contracting need.

This company is pushing to sign a project before it is completed. If something is missing, you have to chase them to fix it. When you call, no one knows what is going on. Several calls, several promises, and nothing has been done. For everybody, please do not sign the project before it is completion if there are any issues. They pushed you to sign the project finish, promising will take care of this issue. Do not sign it because they will have you pay in full right then. Very shady approach, and my experience with them is that they are taking advantage of people, especially of senior citizens. The promise of the moon and sun until they get the next project.

From sales thru walk through to crew to follow up, the people we worked with at Power were excellent. They were courteous, professional and very meticulous in their work. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish and will definitely call for our next project.
