Inspection - Roofing
Stephan came out and introduced himself was very friendly and we set up to have a demonstration. The demonstration was great, not pushy. Wasn’t able to do the project back in March but the year guarantee was nice to have. Stephan was in the neighborhood last week and we scheduled Zach to come out! Each was fantastic and we got the attic insulation scheduled. Isaac and his team on install were friendly and efficient. Connor has been great to work with over the phone. It was nice to have their QA Steve come out to make sure the project went well and I was satisfied. Will use them again in the future for windows and door!

Kudos to the door knocker what a great personality. He had talked to my husband so when I came home, we had an appointment set to look at windows and yes, we bought windows from Thomas and we’re so glad we did. Customer Service has been exceptional above and beyond. The pulse Ap is a great assets the app to lets you know everything that’s going on from beginning to end clean up installation everything with superior we would highly recommend this company any day for any project to be done to be professionally and and efficientl.

Fantastic! In a world where the project fails to meet your expectations and has a lot of misadventures, the crew at my house with Power Home Remodeling was kinda like those movie dream sequences where magic happens. Han and all the others were so efficient and kind. I had a lot of anxiety about my decision to hire, a lot of those ‘what have I done’ moments, but from the first to the last I was just so happy to see the result of these hard working and skilled professionals. Modern materials and a clean look to my old digs.

This company is pushing to sign a project before it is completed. If something is missing, you have to chase them to fix it. When you call, no one knows what is going on. Several calls, several promises, and nothing has been done. For everybody, please do not sign the project before it is completion if there are any issues. They pushed you to sign the project finish, promising will take care of this issue. Do not sign it because they will have you pay in full right then. Very shady approach, and my experience with them is that they are taking advantage of people, especially of senior citizens. The promise of the moon and sun until they get the next project.
