Customer service was very good. Everyone was on time and very nice.

Everything from beginning to finish was quick easy and great. From the very first “salesperson”, to the build manager, to the actual team that came to our house… everyone was friendly and kept great communication. We were not pressured at all during the sales pitch, but we were explained everything about the products and where our money was going if we did decide to purchase. Everything is also done through an app where they show you what process your project is at, and options to communicate with them. It was all around a great experience. The project itself , 12 new windows, was done professionally and everything turned out great! We would definitely recommend and we’ll keep them in mind for our future projects!

The installers were on time for the appointment. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were professional and knowledgeable with the products. Kept us informed about the project from start to finish. The windows are very affordable and of the highest quality. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs widows done to their house.

Probably one of the most awkward and awful experiences I've ever had. The company sent over a child with the social charisma of Napoleon Dynamite to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn't want or need. They patronized us about the quality of our windows and never took a hint that we wanted them out of the house until we basically had to kick them out. Their sales pitch lasted for what seemed like 622 hours, and all they did was brag about the company and how they were better than everyone else. It was like being on a bad date with an insecure finance bro with a 2 inch wiener. Anyway, don't use them.

Gutters and soffit were the 3rd project by Power we have had done. This project was as good as the other two. First, was new windows and then, a front door and I am a very happy home owner!

The windows look great. Was impressed how quick they took old windows out and put new windows in. I only had 9 windows but they only took 5 hours to start and finish with them. They did a good job and made sure the cleanup site was all cleaned up.

From start to finish, everything was stellar and affordable. Ross was super cool, it's always nice to have an enjoyable salesperson come to you. Our windows look stellar and I can already feel the difference from how drafty it was in my office to right after this install.

Sloppy cuts on the siding. Even sloppier alignments. We were promised a “seamless look” by the salesperson; hardly seamless. We were also told there would be a final walkthrough. This never occurred. We are also still waiting for the shutters to be installed.

The materials seemed better and while it cost more I was very happy that our entire roof was removed and replaced. However, Power talks a big game with customer service, communication and clean up. The app they tout has very little information beyond prep, working and finished. While cleanup was impressive in the yard the driveway did not have the attention to detail I expected, especially when it came to tires. After the crew left I picked up 22 nails, 20 in my driveway. While that number is small all things considered, I was shocked for what was found in my driveway. The company did reimburse me via a Visa Giftcard for the flat tire I got the day the roof was replaced. No one told us that the team was finished for the day and would have to come back the next until 3 hours later. We went out side and everyone was gone but a trailer in our yard. A few hours later someone from the crew came and knocked on our door saying they would be back tomorrow and took the trailer. This was never noted in the app that our sales rep went on and on about. Our sales rep ensured us that a project manager would be on site with us at the completion of the project. That was not the case. Someone did come out a few days later. Management apologized to us and said we were going to be used as an example that sales should not be talking such a big game and over promising to clients. I cannot stress this enough. If I knew no one would before there the day the work was finished it would have been a deal breaker and we told the sales rep so. When I called the office to ask why someone wasn't coming out the project manager who answer argued with me about someone being on site for the finish of the project. And while his manager apologized that I felt was extremely unprofessional. We did have someone come out to inspect the work the day after the roof was finished. I never got an answer if this was standard to always have someone out or if I just got upset enough. I was told that the company does too many projects to have someone come out at the end of every project. Our gutter guards had to be taken off (we were told by the sales rep they did not need to be). When they were put back on nails now hang down from the gutter. Am I happy the work was done, yes. The planking on our roof was causing our family health issues and needed to be disposed of instead of new wood over top. We are seeing a difference in our health and you cannot put a price tag on that. However, I was greatly disappointed with the promise of stellar service when in fact it was no better than other contractors we have worked for in the past. We will not be going with Power for other services on our home

Power Home is probably the most professional and pleasant companies we’ve worked with. We are new homeowners so we’re in this place of being overwhelmed and lack of knowledge but Power has now set the standard for home improvement projects. They are a MUST HIRE for literally anything you need for your home!!

Every member of the project from original contact through to completion were very professional and answered all questions.

The team was great! Our consultant Hash was a great communicator, didn’t bash other companies, but did a great job explaining the symphony windows! Our installation manager Ryan came and did a thorough and informative pre-install visit and the crew came on time and the windows look great! We had to push back install date twice and there were very flexible. Lastly, our quality assurance manager Matt was friendly, prompt and handled a few small issue efficiently and to our satisfaction! We recommend!
