Power Home Remodeling

On May 26th I entered into a contract with Power Home Remodeling for full replacement windows. They then deceptively installed undersized pocket windows and did it completely incorrectly. I placed a complaint with the ROC (Re: Complaint No. 2026-07017) and Power was given a written directive based on poor craftmanship and contract violation. Investigator Notes: 1: Upon reviewing the written contract submitted by the complainant I am able to verify there is at least 1 of the 9 minimum elements of a contract missing violating ARS §32 1158 (A) Minimum elements of a contract. Specifically, #4. Warning letter issued. 2. Governing Rule: ARS § 32-1154 (A) (2) (A) Departure from or disregard of plans or specifications, ARS § 32-1154 (A) (3) namely R4-9-108 Poor work, not performed in accordance with professional industry standards. Power did not follow any manufacturer guidelines in installing the windows. They in fact do not know how nor have they ever installed windows per guideline

Unbelievably bad company! Issued ROC letter to correct and actively failing the state-mandated re install! Along with Fraudulent practices and Misrepresenting Warranty! An average homeowner would be duped by them but not a contractor! I was able to see first hand they are not installing anyone?s windows correctly! They completely failed basic installation requirements, resulting in active ROC Directive and Case! Even while under state-monitored remediation, their crew openly admitted on site that they do not follow Pella's manufacturer installation requirements! These Requirements are specific for ensuring the integrity and longevity of windows, to prevent water damage and all other issues! Documented violations on site include exceeding the minimum gap to window (purposely using smaller windows to cut cost which is against manufacturer standards!) using Prohibited Materials, Defective Prep and cleaning, Deceptive Warranty Claims, Deficient contract and more.

All your Austin Reps made this spectacular experience. We even went forward with our phase two way before planned. Got more windows for the money. Jessica, Megan, Aaron made us feel relaxed and are very skilled sales persons. I mean that as a compliment. If all your employees are as professional as these three, your Power Co. is unstoppable! Your installers did a very good job and we appreciate that quality control was present and no one made any excuses for anything. Job well done.

Power came right on time The team was Excellent they cleaned up after themselves.It was a long , hot day and living in arizona. Great communication. They take pride in their work. Very knowledgeable, With what they do. Would not hesitate sharing my stories with anybody as far as the craftsmanship , if you pick this company , you will not be sorry.

Roxanne and her crew did a great job. They arrived on time and were very professional. Everyone on the crew was polite. They were careful removing the original windows and installing the new ones. Roxanne communicated every step clearly, and the team cleaned as they finished installing a new window.

I actually hired Power to do more than just windows. My roof, trim, gutters, and solar panels were all installed and completed quickly and professionally. Love their work.

I actually had a backdoor replaced. The new door looks great.. 3/4 window with interior blinds, and I love the paint colors inside (snow mist) and outside (blue) to complement my house colors. And everyone at Power - Kelsey, Brett, Erik, and Aaron - were incredible to work with. Great job. Highly recommend.

Excellent workmanship, windows function beautifully. The crew didn't do a great job cleaning the windows before they were done but that wasn't the end of the world.

Power Home Remodeling was very professional and met our expectations on their window product and a job well done on installation. They communicated throughout our project from beginning to end. And even afterward when there was a miscommunication on half screens vs full screens on our project, they made good on getting us the full screens that were important to our family. We would use their service again.
