And even afterward when there was a miscommunication on half screens vs full screens on our project, they made good on getting us the full screens that were important to our family. The sales team presents well, but the quotation process is a scam.The numbers and scope are continuously changing. Request a hard number in writing and review it well. They are very high pressure and what they say vs. what they write down is not the same. We caught one omission, but I missed another in the final contract. This despite talking about it, measurements being taken by three different people, and every window being marked with a sticker for replacement. When the installers arrived to replace all of our windows they were short one. For a mere $1400 they could get us one, though. I will own that I failed to catch the omission when going over the list of all windows and measurements, but I feel it was intentionally done after reducing the quote price. Upon completion we learned that all the contact numbers we been given were the same and went back to a call center in Pennsylvania. Multiple calls failed to ever get a call back or any sort of resolution.

Good and BAD! had 9 windows and a door installed. Good Windows went well. Bad Door left damaged stucco that the did not attempt to repair and said it was up to me to repair and paint to match.

Power has been THE WORST experience I have ever had with anyone doing work on my home. We paid over $35,000 for all new windows and doors and have been in a nightmare with these guys since June. Work crew showed up and for two days just made a terrible mess. Windows were so poorly done that we had to have 6 of them reinstalled. We ordered a huge new slider and they brought that out and left it partially installed. No hardware, not even trimmed out. They told me they could get back to my house on 9/17. You can see daylight through the slider frame. Its 110. You get the idea. They give ZERO cares...none. I have been begging and nothing! DO NOT use these guys. Contact Pella direct. Not these scammers...BEWARE!!!!!!!!

My experience with Power Remodeling has been a long and drawn out nightmare. I replaced all of my windows on April 4, 2025 and finally, on July 31, 2025 the final correct piece of window molding was completed. I have waited this long to write my review since I wanted to make sure that there were no further issues. Long story very short here: some of my window trims were mis-measured 3 times! The 4th Power employee who came to fix the molding/trim for the 3rd time, realized the pieces had continually been measured and ordered incorrectly. I have also always complained about the amount of excessive caulking they used around many of my windows. It seems like they were filling in large gaps- wide enough for my thumb to lay in them. I spoke to many polite people in the Tempe office who always assured me that any problems would be fixed. But visit after visit things were not resolved. I finally emailed corporate with my complaints. The first email they forwarded back to the Tempe office and had someone from that office call me. That was not what I requested.That gentleman had just been to my home and did not fix the issue. I was so angry and fed up with the entire situation that I requested Corporate intervention AGAIN. So I emailed corporate a second time strongly requesting someone contact me to discuss compensation for the delays, mistakes, bad installation etc. They never responded to my 2nd email. For a company who claims they have great customer service and satisfaction, to totally ignore my reaching out was the last straw. I highly suggest you think very hard about any decision to use this company. And remember that their corporate office blows you off. A horrible experience for an outrageous amount of money. I expected much better. The BBB rating is definitely very misleading. There is so much more I have to say but I am done with this company. Tread wisely.

The quality and qa-qc were excellent. A few windows were broken prior to installation, but the team was excellent in rescheduling those to be built and installed for a few weeks from now. Overall job looks excellent.
