From the moment we started our project until the final walkthrough, the entire team at Power Home Remodeling was incredibly polite, patient, and professional. Our salesperson, Andrew, was wonderful to work with at the start, and Aaron made sure everything was absolutely flawless during the final inspection. The installation itself went smoothly, and the quality of the windows is top-notch?they look and feel fantastic. Single New Window Installation
I actually had a backdoor replaced. The new door looks great.. 3/4 window with interior blinds, and I love the paint colors inside (snow mist) and outside (blue) to complement my house colors. And everyone at Power - Kelsey, Brett, Erik, and Aaron - were incredible to work with. Great job. Highly recommend.

The sales team presents well, but the quotation process is a scam.The numbers and scope are continuously changing. Request a hard number in writing and review it well. They are very high pressure and what they say vs. what they write down is not the same. We caught one omission, but I missed another in the final contract. This despite talking about it, measurements being taken by three different people, and every window being marked with a sticker for replacement. When the installers arrived to replace all of our windows they were short one. For a mere $1400 they could get us one, though. I will own that I failed to catch the omission when going over the list of all windows and measurements, but I feel it was intentionally done after reducing the quote price. Upon completion we learned that all the contact numbers we been given were the same and went back to a call center in Pennsylvania. Multiple calls failed to ever get a call back or any sort of resolution.

Good and BAD! had 9 windows and a door installed. Good Windows went well. Bad Door left damaged stucco that the did not attempt to repair and said it was up to me to repair and paint to match.
