"[Member Name Removed], I've been in business for 11 years, Me and my helpers worked in many houses while the homeowners were at work and I have never had anybody call and complain about something being missing from their house, you are the first one, your accusations are untrue and unfounded, we have our own cell phone's, what would we do with an old outdated cell phone ? seems so juvenile to me, it's just nonsense, BTW we did the job 3 weeks ago, I bet if you looked real good in that spare bedroom you are referring to you'd find it, it was filled with a lot of clutter, we couldn't walk across the floor without stepping on something, when you say something about someone that's not true that's called slander and deformation of character, I'm gonna talk to a lawyer, I may have to sue you, BTW, we are trained how to conduct ourselves in other people's houses because there could be hidden cameras, my helper makes good money and would not jeopardize his job for something so petty"

"[Member Name Removed] asked for a price quote and I was happy go over his request to install 5 ceiling fans, I explained it's difficult know exactly when the job will be done but said it will take at least 2 days and could take longer depending on how smooth the job goes, he said he's flexible and decided to have the work done, we started the working on the fan downstairs because it had the highest degree of difficulty, but by the time we were done installing the fan the attic had become so hot it was difficult to breath so for health safety issues we decided to call it a day that afternoon, we came back on the 2nd day and continued to finish the job and by the end of the day we were 98% complete, and we would have been done but I gave him another job installion for FREE out of the kindness of my heart because I'm a nice guy, {Member Name Removed} mention he would also like to have a light in the downstairs hallway between the den and garage, I supplied & Installed a ceiling light fixture, a switch, fished a wire inside the wall from switch-box and across the ceiling to light location, also reworked switched outlet so the new ceiling light would have 120 volt power, a 2 hour job worth $250.00 all for Free, also when [Member Name Removed] expressed he was hoping we could finish the job in 2 days I apologized and reassured him were almost done but I gave him an additional $50.00 off, a couple days after we were done [Member Name Removed} called me and said he was having a problem with one of the fans he bought, I said, I will come thrrr at no charge and see what's going on with it, one of the fan blades was rubbing on the fans light assembly but I was able to fix it and I did not charge him, [Member Name Removed] it was my pleasure to serve you and congratulations to you and your wife with your new baby, God Bless you and your family"
