<p>When I called I spoke with Lisa who couldn?t be kinder. She offered to talk me through the repair for free. I was so frustrated with the outlet I explained I would rather have someone look at it. She was very understanding and helpful. Within an hour of the call she had someone on their way, I stepped out of the house to run an errand and by the time I got back Dan was waiting for me. Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable he fixed the problem in less than five minutes. Dan and Lisa were both so friendly and I couldn?t believe at how cheap the repair was. I will definitely be calling them for any further work.  </p> <br />

Came in and introduced himself; checked out the area and immediately proceeded to the job.  There was no time delay due to talking or stalling.  Completed it in no time and my total job was very worth the call!  Thank you...I am going to recommed to my family and friends.. <br /> <br />

Didn't show until 12:00 first day and on the second day but completed the work on the second day.  Nice guys seemed very knowledgeable.  Would use them again and recommend them. <br />

Excellent :-) I was so impressed that I bought the contractor & his team lunch AND dinner. PSE is an honest, professional service provider. I intend on having PSE do all my electrical work.

After speaking to Lisa on the phone and checking schedules, Dan was able to come by withing half an hour. Lisa was very clear on the pricing and working the schedulng to fit our time available. The installation went smoothly and efficiently. I was very pleased with all aspects of the service; both Lisa and Dan were extremely competant and a pleasure to do business with. <br />

I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR BETWEEN 9-12 AM. HIS WIFE CALLED AROUND 1130 TO SAY SHE WASN'T SURE OF THE ARRANGED TIME BUT HE WOULD BE  HERE SOON. I TOLD HER THAT THE ARRANGED TIME WAS BETWEEN 9-12 AM. SHE SAID WELL HE WON'T MAKE THAT, IT WOULD BE CLOSER TO 1 PM. I SAID I'D WAIT. MY ONLY COMPLAINT ABOUT THE TIME HE WAS HERE WORKING IS THE AMOUNT OF TIME HE SPENT STANDING AROUND. TALKING. NOT ELECTRIC RELATED, BUT ABOUT HIS IDEAS ON BIPOLAR DISEASE AND POLITICS. HE WAS CHARGING ME BY THE 1/2 HOUR AND THAT JUST SEEMS LIKE TAKING ADVANTAGE.

The job went well and was completed ahead of schedule. This is the third time I have used this provider and have always been satisfied with their work. I will definitely continue to use them for future projects.

They did what they came to do.  However, I never heard back from them regarding the other lighting situation.  I wish that they would have done a better job following up with me to get the other issues repaired.

They did great. They handled problems and completed the job professionally and in a reasonable amount of time at the price quoted.

The ratings given speak for themselves, but this provider went above and beyond, in our opinion.  I called about a breaker issue in a 60-year-old house.  We were asked to email a photo of the breaker box so the electrician could come prepared with usable parts.  And he did...arriving within two hours of my call.  In less than an hour after his arrival our electricity was restored.   Fabulous people, fabulous price.  Thank you.

<br />   From my initial phone call to them, their customer service was excellent.  Lisa, the person whom I first talked to was very friendly and helpful.  The installer arrived promptly and was very courteous and friendly.  A very pleasant experience overall.

I was having trouble with the GFI in my house and called to schedule a service call.  When I spoke to Lisa she had me try resetting the circuit breaker which seemed to have fixed the problem since I was able to turn on the lights in the kitchen and garage, but when I went to use a plug, it was dead.  Called Lisa back and she was able to send someone out within a few hours to replace the defective GFI outlet.  All in all I am very pleased with this provider and plan on using them again for future electrical issues.

He's much more than an electrician. He's a highly educated man who does a lot of government work and spent some serious time in the air force working on jet fighters. He responded and showed up promptly, and while he worked on my 3-phase problem, we had a very interesting discussion about the current state of the country and the economy, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone in need of truly professional electrical repair.

I called POWER SYSTEMS ELECTRIC for making an appointment.   She asked me what kind of electric problem I was experiencing.  I explained the problems.  She listened to me attentively.   And then, she asked me to go to Main Panel, so that I would able to understand what she was explained about.  I didn't/don’t have any knowledge about electricity, period.  She even waited for me while I walked to the main electric panel located in outside.  When I got there, she kindly gave me step by step guide to fix the problem over the phone and IT WORKED!!!! She was kind, patient, caring and knowledgeable.  She took a time to gave me guidance with a free of charge.  I never had this kind of experience in the past.  I will never forget it.  Now I have their number in my refrigerator.  I will definitely call them whenever  I need electric services in my house.  Thanks again!!

Two electriciansame to the house and went into the crawl space to identify the problem.  They showed me what was wrong and explained why it was wrong. They gave me options as to repairs. They completed the repairs and now it works correctly. Also made the fans much quieter. I am totally satisfied.

I read the Angies report and found that Power Systems was in my area and that they had "A" ratings. Now I know why! I contacted them, they were prompt, professional and did great work. I'd definitely use them again.

They were very honest, fair priced and very helpful. They fixed the problem and explained to us what exactly went wrong.

Dan and his son did the work professionally and were clean and polite. Dan took the time to get the right solution for the situation. He was conscious of cost and quality, and current and educated on trends. He went out of his way to talk to the city inspector to get an allowance for a specific lighting situation on my behalf on his own initiative that made a difference. We were very pleased with the service we received, and the price was very competitive.

It went great, Had excellent service and was also appreciative of a weekend response. My work hours don't allow for typical 8-5 service calls. The only rating I listed as low was responsiveness and only because I could never get ahold of them again to come back for additional repair work. That could be a fluke, but never got any further estimates or calls to continue with additional work despite some follow up e-mail and phone calls.
