He's so pleasant and easy going and cleans up after himself. I consider him "our electrician" he will get our first call every time. He is reasonable and honest and fair. The closet light ended up being completely rewired due to coding issues that we had no idea about and he did it all. a 20 min job turned into a 2 hour job and he did an amazing job.

Jerry is fantastic.  We used him before for a ceiling fan install and we will use him forever.  He's easy going, professional and cleans up after himself.  I feel he does that "extra step" that a lot of people don't.  I also know that he is a small shop so I don't expect "CALL ME NOW" service, unless I had an emergency.  I needed a closet light done, which ended up being a bigger job.  He stayed and finished it and cleaned up too. Love that.  Thanks Jerry, you're our electrician as long as we live in RI!!! keep it up. <br />

The service turned out fine. It was a lot more money than I thought it was going to be. The Big Deal was for $69, but I ended up paying a total of $527. I personally did not realize that electricians were so much money. The service was provided within a few weeks after I purchased the Big Deal. The service was completed within an hour or two hours maybe. He was not here long. The guy that came was very nice and he cleaned up all his mess. He explained everything he was going to do. Actually, it was going to be more than that, but I told him that that was way too much money. So, that is how we lowered it to five hundred and something. I have not had any issues with the ceiling fan or the work they did for me. It has nothing to do with the price; it is still the workmanship and the job itself. For the workmanship, I would use them again. For the price, I would not use them again, but I would consider using them again for a different type of job. The guy was really good. It was just too expensive.

I purchased a $79 deal of installing a new fan deal because I needed to replace a fan.  I provided a fan but I was told the old configuration was not safe so I needed to buy a new kit from the provider.  He provided some extra help like swap fan switches. <br />

The electrician called me about an hour prior to scheduled appointment to confirm I was home. He arrived right on time, was very professional and courteous. First, we walked through all the items that needed to be worked on and he gave me a total estimate for the job. Once I accepted, he immediately went to work.  He was very careful with all my property and cleaned each spot after he was done working on it, removing all the trash and vacuuming up. He was friendly and pleasant. In addition both the estimate and the final invoice were emailed to me right away so I could keep an electronic copy of each. <br />

One man came out and then the owner at the end. They took the appropriate amount to complete it. I purchased one of Angie's List big deals and it seemed more because it took longer. I wasn't happy about that the fact I got charged more in the end.

Ceiling fan was installed on an angled beam in our post and beam living room.  The job took 4-5 hours longer than the typical ceiling fan installation due to the unique installation, but George did not leave the job and was determined to finish.  Very appreciative that he took the time to complete the job though it was obviously not a profitable job for him given the time. <br />

<p>First he was late and never mentioned it or apologized for being late.  After removing the old fan he told me that the box to hang the ceiling fan was not secure.  He said he could replace the box but my bill would be around $269.  Told him no, I was not interested in having the extra work done. He said he was not comfortable in putting the new fan up because it might fall on me  Again told him I was not interested in the additional work.  He replaced the fan and changed the outlet.  The fan has not yet fallen on my head as he predicted.</p> <p>He was very pleasant but I felt like he was trying to upsell me the whole time he was here and I did not appreciate the pressure to pay for additional work.</p> <p>All in all I'm happy with the work performed but I would not hire this company again.    </p> <p>One last thing.  I don't believe I was EVER asked if he could put my address and a photo of the work done at my house on his website but there it is!   Very tacky!  </p> <p>I wanted to submit a quick response to Jerry's reply to my review   Just to clarify, you did not tell me that the box was not UL listed.  What you did tell me was at least 1/2 of the screws holding up the box were not screwed into anything.  You made a big deal about showing me that the screwdriver just spun around when you tried to tighten them.  When you went out to your truck to get something I climbed up on the ladder and tested the screws. ALL screws were firmly attached.  That alone made me very distrustful of you.   But, in your reply you are outright lying and I cannot abide a liar and that is exactly what you are.  After reading your self serving response I took the fan down to confirm that there is a UL listing sticker on my box.  Of course, the sticker is there.  You were my first experience with Angie' list.  Very disappointed.  To reiterate, I would never hire you again and will certainly never recommend you to anyone.</p>
