Jeff is the go to guy if you want powerwashing done right and at a fair price. He will give you his best price right away and his discounts are a winner and outshine his competition. His was the only fair estimate that I received.He's the only one I would hire to powerwash my house in the future.

I had Mr. Moreland power wash our painted deck and slate patio last year. This was a job most powerwash companies do not do in our area. I was very pleased with the work and hired his company again this year to clean again and include the house. Very professional and will hire again.

Jeff at Powerwash N Seal was amazing from start to finish. We set up a time to come out for an estimate and he called to let me know when he was coming. He kept in touch with me regarding the date of start for the project and how long it would take. The work he did was absolutely AMAZING! Our back deck drives me crazy with all the tree droppings that get between the slats and he completely cleaned everything in between. Also the front walkway looks brand new… I don’t remember it being that clean! And finally the siding is free of green! I'll be calling Jeff next year to keeps things looking fresh! Thank you Jeff!

Bottom Line: This is the first time we have used this company, and they did excellent work for a great price. Scheduling: Easily scheduled the work through Angie's List messenger service. Company was very responsive, which was important as the previously contracted company cancelled, and other companies could not schedule us for many weeks. Communication: Good communications both via Angie's List messenger and mobile text. Quality of Work: We have a very large house with three tiers including a walkout basement. The siding on the south side of the house, which lacks a lot of sun, was covered in mildew. Jeff and another technician tackled the job expertly using a 100% environmentally friendly solution to powerwash away all of the mildew. It looks brand new! Pricing: Best deal of any highly rated Angie's List company.

These two guys were excellent! They were prompt, thorough, worked all day, even powerwashed the weeds growing out from between the cracks all the way down the driveway! The house looks great! I will definitely call them again next spring!

Jeff and his crew were by far the best pressure / power washing company I have ever used. My house and patio had years worth of grunge disappear in one afternoon. They took care of my extensive landscaping so there were no ill effects and overall were a delight to work with.

Jeff Moreland and Matthew did a superb job. They arrived at 11:00 am and worked continuously until 5:00 pm. beginning with pressure washing the front porch, walkway, steps, 2 patios, and a large driveway. Then they used eco-friendly, biodegradable solutions to Soft Power Wash our home's siding, shutters, windows, eaves, and soffits to perfection. We opted to have the silicone urethane sealant applied also. Then they climbed onto the roof to gently wash the dirty, dark bricks of our chimney which now looks as fresh and clean as it did when the house was built 50 years ago!

We had Jeff power wash and stain the deck on our townhome this past summer. It was long overdue and Jeff took the time to make sure it was done well! He surpassed our expectations with the quality and it looks better than it did when we had it done with another company several years ago. Jeff was very nice and friendly to work with. Despite adverse weather conditions he was able to work around it and get the whole job done in a very reasonable amount of time.
