We were not able to be home, however, we were happy with the nice work done. The siding looked clean and bright.

Awful. First thing was my fault. Never, ever should have paid this guy in advance. Luckily, I split the payment in to, so at least he had to be responsive at some points. The worker left paint spots all over the place, dripping etc. Below standard job on sanding old paint down and then the owner (i guess he's the owner) was texting me completely unprofessional text regarding the work. wanted to fire them but I was already $400 in. In the end, the job was barely passable AND they broke my deck railing...after I brought it to the owner's attention, he said, oh yeah, we meant to tell you that it was already broken. this company gives contractors a bad name and I would never use or recommend that anyone use them for anything. Oh yeah...promised to do the job in a week...took over 2 months. some had to do with weather, most had to do with broken promises and deadlines.

"Mr. Bray, I personally came out to your house to finish the job to make sure it was done to my standards, and I made sure that when I left you were satisfied. I always make follow up calls to all my customers and not one complaint. I had no idea you weren't happy with the quality of work. Not the impression you gave me any way. A former employee who painted your railing and posts, sanded it and of course loose paint chips came off. We used a leaf blower and swept up what we could. The condition of your deck wasn't in good shape before we even got there, and your railing was indeed broken. That's why I brought it to your attention. I always leave a house better than when we started. I even did additional work for free to the posts so that it looked smooth. Those posts were in very bad shape. Its hard to get it perfect without replacing it, and you didn't want to pay the price for new so we did what we could. Again I'm sorry you're not happy. Maybe you left this review before I came back I don't know."

We were out of town the day they came to do the work and came home to see a very good job completed with the siding. They cleaned the siding very well and the gutters looked great too!

They were very responsive, professional, and were gracious enough to work around the rain on a tight deadline from us due to Easter being around the corner and family coming into town. We would definitely use them again and were VERY happy customers!

I think a fence looks its best when it's brand new, before it's stained. I think the natural, clean wood color looks the best. But, I knew to protect it, that it had to be sealed. I had never worked with PowerWash Pros before, but found them via a web search and they appeared to be very professional. I asked them if they could provide an estimate and Steve was the first company to respond and provide an estimate. I am a big fan of timely responsiveness, so that got them points right away. There is actually one company that still never responded, and it's two weeks later!! <br /> <br /> He came just a few days later after I decided to go with them and did a great job. He stained it in such a way that it still has its natural color but is protected from the elements. He even did a great job protecting the plants up against the fence. He actually misquoted me on the low end (was a miscalculation) but honored that lower price anyway. <br /> <br /> I would highly recommend them for your next job and I will certainly be using them for other home projects in the future. <br /> <br /> Kirk

Outstanding! Steve was very attentive to detail. He worked all day and didnt even take a break for lunch or anything! Would definitely use his company again and refer others to him! Very commendable!

With a name like power wash pros, it kind of throws off the other services they offer, but they did an excellent job and I was very happy with the work they provided. I will definitely be using them again for any future services! I highly recommend them! Great work and great customer service!
