Well. Units have functioned perfectly, with exception of one that leaked condensation water in 2020. J. Vaughan came to fix the unit. First he cleared the connecting tubes. This did not fix the problem. He returned three weeks later to completely re-install the unit. He claimed it had not originally been properly installed so the repair was free of charge. Jimmy is fair, professional, and honest. Our system works very well now. We'd recommend his business without hesitation.
