James was an amazing trainer. He walked me through the program and held my hand through it until I reached my goal. He helped me reach my goal weight by teaching me how to incorporate the rights foods for my body and the right workout. James is a professional , very knowledgeable, Phenomenal trainer that I would recommend to anyone who needs help with getting healthy and staying fit.

James was a crucial part of me getting back into my fitness full time. He coached me in the very beginning of my journey which started during the pandemic. So even with no gyms he kept our sessions motivating and challenging. James has a positive vibe and doesn’t make things feel super transactional - more of a support system and a friend. Highly recommend James for his can do motivating attitude and knowledge of fitness.

I haven’t worked out in a such a long time and really appreciate the trainer I worked with James. Focusing on strength but at my pace so it didn’t feel like I was being pressured. You want to work with someone that can understand your goals, but at the same time work at a pace you can do without struggling.
