PPM Network is a network designed to maintain and manage private and rental properties to the highest of standards. We fully integrated our maintenance and property management to compliment one another, what we found is that Bozeman has a lot of homes with an enormous amount of un attended maintenance issues. We solve those problems for homeowner through routine maintenance and annual property checks. We then correct the deficiencies and leave the owner with a well repaired and functioning home. PPM Network started as a property management company by my wife Sonya and I, and working properly. Simply put on the maintenance side we are really good at fixing things in your home or rental. We also offer demo and remediation work for water intrusion., clean your dryer vents and gutters, come up with a personalized annual maintenance plan for your property. We really can and do nearly every aspect of home repair and maintenance, happier and functional home. We can fix holes in the walls of your rental, it's evolved into a fully integrated Property Management and Property Maintenance Company. We change light bulbs to doing bathroom remodels. We provide accurate Trust Accounting, keeping them safe, lp, or in your home. We can remove unwanted trash or debris from storms or projects, or we can remodel your bathroom, secure, we are also a full service Handyman/Contracting Company. We specialize in helping property owners and property investors to improve or maintain high standards of property care. We do annual inspections to identify problems and prepare a plan to move you towards a safer, we protect your assets
