The job went great. The team was prompt, professional, and communicated well. They spoke to me about the job for several minutes *before* beginning work, which I appreciate since the team that came was not the same people I spoke with on the phone. At the end of the job they asked me to inspect the work before I gave payment. As an added bonus, they fit us in within 24 hours of calling--AMAZING! Everyone else was scheduling 2+ weeks out. Great job--I won't hesitate to contact this business again.

The 'front man' arrived the day before and provided a quote on the project. He was careful to note what needed to be done, tested the ground for squishiness to determine if they needed to lay boards down, looked for drainage pipes etc so they wouldn't crush them. We were given two windows of time as this was a small project and would work it in this week, otherwise it would be sometime next week before they could complete it. <br>Day of the work <br>They called me and said they would be here in an hour--they arrived on time. Before beginning work they went over the project with me. They set up their equipment and began. <br>Once the finished taking down the tree they cut the larger pieces in to standard lengths. Although, I kept the larger logs they would remove them. They picked up all the small limbs and removed them from the property. Then they raked and ran the blower and tidied up their work area.    <br> <br>I understand from talking with the owner of the company if they were going to remove all of the wood the 'cutting crew' would pile all of the word and then another truck would come by and pick up wood. - we did not experience this since we kept it. <br> <br>I am very happy with the service. <br>

There services were excellent. Everyone was polite and They were very hard workers. They had taken Down a big maple tree in my back yard. There had been a couple of things that had been in the way of them just dropping the branches such as an air conditioner, electricial boxes and fences. So they some how had a rope in the tree and was like slowing bringing them down easily. Then there clean up job was also excellent and a very handy tool that they had. They had a a big truck with a claw on it and would like pick big logs up and all the brush. Was really impressed on how fast they had got it down. <br />

Everything went according to the plan. The crew showed up on time and were all very polite and courteous. The crew showed up in some very large equipment. They had a bucket truck and a large log truck. The clean up was perfect. I could not have asked for a better experience from the crew as well as Jonathan. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />

The wind blew an old maple tree over in our yard. We contacted Prairie Creek Tree and Landscape. He told us he could be out the next day at 5pm to give us an estimate and he was very prompt, in addition to working around our work schedule. We received what we thought was a fair estimate. He told us he could have his crew out the next day to cut up the tree and remove the tree and brush.  This company was equipped with the proper equipment to remove such a large tree. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing large tree removal. <br />

Jonathan Scott and his crew showed up at the appointed time and started work on 7/27/2015 with follow up and completion on 8/3/2015.  Jonathan made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving.  We feel that our tree may have been a bit larger than he first thought -- the stump measured 60 inches in diameter -- but he held to the original estimate without a quibble.  We paln to have him back to  hard-prune our lilacs in  the fall.  We would recommend  his services to anyone. <br /> <br />

The owner Jonathon came out within an hour of our request. Could not believe the response time. Our sugar maple had a large split from a wind storm. Jonathon dispatched his crew the next morning and removed the tree. This company makes you feel like a family member. The cleanup of the project was also great. We had leaves in our flowerbeds from the winter and they also took care of that for us for no charge. It is good to know that great service is still out there.
