He has been totally UNRELIABLE to return to fix the problem---for many months. He is a nice guy, but I need my concrete fixed. I am VERY disappointed. It is getting to be winter soon and the problem is still here.

I can't say enough nice things about P & R Concrete. Rosendo Puentes and his crew did an outstanding job for a reasonable price. I asked Rosendo if he would be here during our concrete work and he told me, "I am on every job." He was not only here on our job but he worked right along side of his crew. I personally think that is why he receives such great reviews because he is right in there doing the work with his guys. His crew is very nice and professional. They were here when they said they would be here and had the job done when he said it would be done. I am very pleased with their work. After they completed the job and had moved on to another job, we discovered that a dog had run across our wet concrete and left 6 huge paw prints! I called Rosendo and he offered to come back and see if he could do something. He promptly returned and they were able to remove the paw prints. This was above and beyond what I would expect. I would definitely have him do concrete work for me again and plan on recommending him to everyone I know.

Great job! Previous decorative concrete job by other company was done poorly. This job removed old stain and concrete sealant. The job was done thoroughly and professionally. The people know what they are doing. They are very conscientious and keep their word as to timeline and showing up for the job. Cleaned up after job. Very pleased. We will have them back for periodic maintenance. Very reasonable price.

It went well.  Rosendo was quick to return my e-mail requesting a quote.  He visited, I explained what I wanted after showing him the issues.  He indicated that we were a few weeks out, but at the last minute he had an opening so the job was completed much sooner than expected.  I was not home while the work took place, I got there as they finished.  They completed all of the cement work in one day.  The following day, they came back, took out the forms and replaced sod.  I am very satisfied with the work and would recommend them to anyone. <br />

They did just a great job.  I was unable to be present during the work, I arrived home a week after they were done, and I could not have been more pleased. Thank you and all your workers. <br />

They did stamped concrete in our entryway/front patio and it looks wonderful...beyond our expectations.  The professionalism was absolutely great.  All the team of workers were pleasant, courteous and highly skilled.  They took special care to keep our property clean and no mess on the walls or the yard.  I observed much of the time and was impressed with the attention to detail.  For example, they repeatedly checked the thickness of the concrete prior to pouring it.  Special care was taken to make sure the reinforcing mesh was pulled up into the concrete to give it strength.  The finishing of the driveway was also of the highest quality from the actual finish of the surface to the cutting of the control joints on exact measurements.  As an added service they also laid some sod for me that wasn't part of the deal.  I was blown away with the high standard of excellence this group of people are committed to deliver.  I am happy to recommend them to anyone needing this type of work done. <br />

They were very efficient. They came out and did the evaluation. They told me that the estimate would be one week and they gave it to me after five days. They were very prompt. They cleaned up when they were done. The quality of the work looks very nice. Their price was excellent.

Went very well, My wife and I ask them to create round steps coming off the porch framed the steps in for a round shape.  At the last moment we decided that the steps should remain square shaped to match the porch.  They modified the frame and created square steps with out any issue.  They also finished the transition to the driveway better than I thought it was going to be.  We plan to have him come back and help put lights in the steps and a single line of railing down the middle. <br /> Couple of pictures below :  I take that back, don't know how to attach pictures because your form doesn't support attachments that i can see. <br /> <br />

The work was excellent.  In addition, the crew thoroughly cleaned up the site.  They went beyond what we expected and what we paid for.  I had to remove a small section of fence to give them access to the sidewalk area.  I expected to replace the fence after they were done.  To my surprise, they replaced the fence and made it look better than it had before they started the work.  They even reconnected my drain pipe, which had nothing to do with their project. <br />

They did a great job. Cleaned up after. Estimate was spot on final cost. I had to reschedule at the last minute and Rosendo was very nice and willing to work with me on new date.

We had a great experience with Rosendo from the get-go. He returned our call promptly and provided a reasonably priced bid. We solicited 5 bids in total and his was the second lowest. We decided to go with him, because of his promptness in responding to our calls, professionalism when he came to inspect the site, and great reviews on Angie's list. We were not disappointed! He and his crew finished the patio in two days. They came a few days later to do the driveway. Unfortunately, because it was late fall, the temperatures dropped and we had to wait until spring to seal the patio. We were a bit nervous about this - based on prior experience with contractors we thought that once they leave it will be difficult to get them to come back. But not Rosendo and his crew! He was back in May, just as soon as the temperatures were warm enough and finished the job. All in all, we had a great experience with this company and intend to call them back when we need to re-seal the patio or have other concrete jobs. <br />

We had several bids, one being P&R, which we initially did not choose. No reason really - they were competative with another company that we chose instead, and then the company we chose didn't show up! I emailed Rosendo who could have had an attitude about us chosing someone else, but he was gracious and said his crew would be happy to do the work! I was so grateful! <br /> They showed up early and worked really hard! The area where we had the retaining wall built was unaccessable by machine so they had to hand dig the earth out (a huge deal!).This company is professional and works hard. The wall looks wonderful and they even did some detail work to make it look even better than I had in my mind!  <br /> I would recommend P&R Concrete to anyone and if we have to have ANY more work done, they will be the first ones we will call! Great job guys! <br />
