They charged me $275 for a new toilet kit install. Before they left I asked why was there still flushing. They have me an excuse. The real problem was a worn flapper. A flapper costs $5! So, $275 paid to them plus the water bill for$279/month for the issue they failed to fix, later. I bought the flapper and changed it myself. I will never hire them again. They are dishonest. They saw an opportunity to take advantage and used it. Thank God for YouTube! I hope they needed the money they swindled out of me. They have lost a customer and any referral will go to Vitech Plumbing!!!

Good. Performed the service and inspected the plumbing and pointed out future necessary repairs that I had not noticed.

I purchased the Angie's List deal to have a new garbage disposer installed. Anthony and Shayne are the father & son owners of the business. I was given a 2 hour window time. Anthony arrived about 45 minutes after my window time, but he explained he came from doing a job out in Apache Junction. I live in Phoenix, so he had a long drive. He was very nice and got right to work. It took him about 15-20 mins to install the disposer. He also pointed out, to my surprise, that the disposer I was replacing still looked new. Since I already purchased the deal and bought a new disposer I told him to go ahead and replace it anyway and I would keep the other disposer as a backup. Also, after he installed and tested it to make sure it worked properly he noticed that there was a shortage with power switch that turns on the disposer. I was already aware of it and had planned on getting an electrician to fix it. Anthony mentioned that he also does electrical work. When I asked him how much he charged to replace the switch, he quoted me $75. Then he did something that will keep me as a customer for life. Anthony told me I can replace the switch myself. He actually took the time to show me how to do it. My mom and I went to Home Depot, but they no longer sell that exact same switch. Then we went to a hardware store and the man at the hardware store told us that the switch worked fine, it's just that the copper wire wasn't attached to the switch correctly and was creating the shortage. He showed my mom and I how to properly attach the copper to my existing switch. When we got home we did it the way he explained and the switch works perfectly! I didn't have to buy a new switch. Although Anthony mistakenly told us we needed a new switch when we didn't, what's most important is he saved me from paying an additional $75. It's so refreshing to know honest people still exist and practice good faith towards their customers. I will be using their services again...and I'll be returning to that hardware store again.

It was so easy. The guys showed up on time and they did the work right the first time and they cleaned up and took away the old disposal. They were so great I will definitely call them again.

Anthony and Shane were great! They were very professional and talked to me throughout the whole process. It took about an hour just to loosen the gunked up calcium from the bottom of the tank. Because of all the sediment, the hose kept clogging up but they finally got it to flush and oh man, a lot came out! I would definitely have these guys come back to do more Handyman work. Thanks fellas!!

Called them after a local big box store quoted me $129 for the same service. Everything done quick and efficient. Cleaned up afterwards. Excellent price. They were running a little late from previous job. They called ahead to let me know.

Twice they did not show up when they said they would. I was severely inconvenienced waiting around at home for something that never happened.

The Buyers were happy with the work as well so we were able to meet our obligation prior to closing on the home. I purchased a coupon for a service call on Angies List. I called and they were able to come the same day. The called to confirm the appointment when they were about an hour from the call. The gentleman showed up. They were professional. They diagnosed the problem to be a faulty part. This is a custom toilet so they weren't sure if the part would be available. They left and went to a plumbing supply shop. They called from the shop with the part number and cost for installation. I approved the expense and they returned and completed the job. They also checked my water softener while they were at the house as they noticed some staining that might indicate it wasn't working properly.

Shane suggested some solutions and was not pushy just helpful. I felt like I was back in Kansas dealing with the local hardware. Genuine, trustworthy, hard working. They came over the next day and fixed everything, cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave till the job was done. I will be using Shane and Anthony again soon. I got a great price and the work done was magnificent! It only took a couple hours for the water softener and the electrical outlet. The drywall took a couple days due to texture and paint but overall it looks great! Very happy with it. Would recommend them to anyone
