Precision Auto & Appliance Repair

I could not be happier. Not only did they fix what a Sears repairman failed in two attempts, but when the parts were delivered to my home on Sunday at 1:30, he was at my house by 2:30 without charging an additional fee for a Sunday call. My dishwasher is running perfect now. They even called later that evening to double check it was still in working order. Could not say enough good things about first time experience with this company. I have already referred them to other people. I will always call them before anyone else. In this day and age it is hard to find a company that not only is cost efficient, but professional and courteous as well.

It was wonderful. He's extremely knowledgeable of the industry and we were able to find the right stove and we were happy with it. he has a lot of integrity, very good character and he communicates very well.

The service from Arlin was outstanding. Very fast response time. I called in the morning and he was able to get to me by the afternoon. He was friendly & professional. I would recommend him to everyone. The price was also very affordable. Thank you for all your help.

Wow! Arlin is not only smart and talented but is very nice and is passionate about his work. He arrived on time and diagnosed the issue with the dishwasher and ordered the part. The service fee I paid will be applied to the overall cost of the service when he comes back to install the part. He also applied a coupon for the part and saved me money there too.

He thoroughly checked, and problem had been resolved. Really appreciated that I was told, if it happened to leak after technician left, he would return, free of charge, and make sure all leaking issues were resolved. His communication was excellent, & appreciated his work ethics, willingness to be accountable (& fix for free if problem returned). Seemed very honest/trustworthy, which is key to me.

It went very well. The technician explained the problem with my dishwasher with expert advice and gave me the options that I needed. I would most definitely hire his services again.

The lovely woman on the phone was able to get me scheduled for a next day appointment. The repair technician showed up exactly when scheduled and was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the issue. Furthermore, he was very upfront and honest about the price. I will be using their service for all of my future appliance repair needs.
