Called and got a quick appointment. Mario came out and cleaned the carpets in my three bedrooms. He was fast, friendly, and very professional! He honored the Angie's list coupon and left my carpets looking great! He also left me some product to spot treat and explained the use. It's been a week and my carpets still look great!

he did a great job. the carpet in the master bedroom is very light and had heavy traffic dirt that was completely removed. the deal I purchased included a hallway, but since I have hardwood in the hallway I asked if he would do the stairs instead and he agreed. the carpets dried quickly. he was very professional. I will use him again <br />

Mario is amazing! He arrived on time and we discussed the work to be done. He was professional and efficient. He even offered to clean a bit of carpet in an adjoining room ( so the job would look better) for no additional charge. He began with the couch and then began working on the carpet, vacuuming and pre-treating, then cleaning. He took the time needed to do a very thorough job. He brought his own "accelerated speed dry system" and I was very surprised at how dry the carpet was already as soon as he was finished. I was also very pleasantly surprised at how CLEAN the carpet was. <br /> The job he did was outstanding. We've been in this house almost three years and the carpet was old when we moved in. I've had it cleaned twice before (by other companies) and it has NEVER looked this good. I had planned on getting new carpeting very soon but now I think I can wait a while. It's that clean!! <br /> I have already recommended Mario to a friend and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone interested in this kind of service. <br />

I was amazed how clean he got the carpet and it was dry within a couple of hours. I will DEFINITELY use Mario again and <br /> recommend to all who will listen! <br /> I felt the amount charged was a good value for the amount of work done. <br />

He does great carpet cleaning, even removing stubborn stains from my dogs, who drag trash, dirt and leaves into the house. (We have a doggy door, so they make these messes while we are at work). I really like how Mario brings air dryers which he moves around the house after he cleans, and this makes the carpet dry so much faster. Most of all, I appreciate how Mario tries to fit me into his schedule...it seems like I am always calling him at the last minute because of my crazy schedule...last time, he even came out at 6:30 pm on a Friday night because I had to work late and wouldn't be able to make it home at 5pm as we had previously discussed. This made the difference between me getting my carpet cleaned right before a Saturday party or not-I really appreciated how Mario worked late to accommodate my needs. <br />

First came in and assessed the work to be done and began diligently moving my furniture from the areas to be cleaned. Continued on to vacuum the areas completely, followed by prespotting the carpet. After the allotted time for pre-conditioner to set, Mario commenced deep cleaning the carpet. He took his time to deep clean the carpet to asure that the carpet was free of all dirt, foreign material, etc. When he finished the cleaning process, he applied a unique drying solution in which he calls his signature rapid speed dry service. I was doubtful about that because of my past experiences with other carpet cleaners in which the carpet would be wet for up to 24 hours. That's what I liked best about his service, besides how clean my carpet was. Finally, after everything was done he carefully put my furniture back in its original place. His service was very professional and he was clearly proud of his work. Overall, it went smoothly and efficiently.
