I live in Stafford, Virginia and Brian came down and did the work for me when he normally works in Maryland only. I’m so thankful and love you. He came to do what he did and went above and beyond. I bought my house 10 years ago almost 11 now and he has helped me enjoy it so much. There was never a top level porch and Brian created our sanctuary. My husband was super impressed with his work. Thank you for helping us enjoy our home more!

I was tired of dead animals in my pool. I called Brian and his team and they did the most amazing job. The new fence that I have is beautiful and it’s working great. It’s been almost 5 years this summer and the fence is the same as it was the day it was after they built it. Brian pays such good attention to detail and he just listened to what I wanted. Hiring him for my addition going up in the spring !!!!!!

I can't say enough about this guy and his company. So he first did a job for me was remodeling a bathroom and it turned out incredible so I started referring him to all my family and friends and every single job he's done both around Baltimore and at the beach have turned out great from bathrooms, kitchens, bars, fences, decks, even some commercial complete buildouts. Super professional, prices are reasonable for sure especially for the quality of work, timeline, professionalism etc. If you're looking for anything remodel or building related whether commercial or residential I wouldn't use anyone else unless Bryan and his crews are just not available

Bryan and his team helped did some major remodeling at my home, from helping give design suggestions on how to maximize the space to making recommendations on luxury finishing touches I could not recommend them more!

I hired Precision Design twice in the past year and a half to do all custom work for me. I was expanding my liquor store and creating a bar in the store. I knew of his work because of mutual friends who have hired him in the past. I had the vision in my head of what I wanted and a basic drawing on graph paper to show it. Precision Design brought my exact vision to life. We talked every step of the way as Bryan wanted to make sure things were done how I wanted. He was very easy to work with and understood my vision. Ex: When it came time to light the bar shelves, my idea was different than the product he had purchased. We talked for 15 minutes and went to my office to see if I could find what I saw in my head. About 20 minutes later, he walked into my office saying, "I think I found what you are looking for," and I said, "Me too." We were both on the same website,e looking at the same lights. They built everything you see in the pictures. All work in the Pictures are them.

Bryan and his crews were awesome. Professional and efficient. He listened to what I wanted, guided me with his expertise in the decision making process and was patient throughout!
