Needed to replace Main drive gear. Do not carry in stock and cannot order it (Wayne Dalton). Said can't get too old etc. I found it online for $40 with the entire parts list for the machine. A little disappointed I was not told that and of course the only alternative was to buy an entire new machine at $400 or $600. I guess if you list yourself as a repair company you should do repair and not just replace. I'm in the construction industry and this is one of our rental houses, I was on the phone but not at the site. Paid via credit card but still have not received a receipt after contacting three times. However the charge has already gone through. However best intention this company is.. my suggestion would be to use the company or manufacturer of your current garage door it will save you a lot of money. In my case 3 to $400. One of the downsides is they have a national phone scheduling subcontractor which can get confusing at times and they are not very knowledgeable concerning their products.

Technician did a garage door tune up and replaced a bolt that had fallen out. The response was prompt and the technician was very professional and courteous.

Our garage door wouldn't open and we were stuck in the garage! We could open it manually with a lot of effort but that solution wouldn't have worked for very long. It was a Saturday morning and I wasn't sure if I could get someone out that day and even if I could, I was afraid there would be an extra fee. I checked Angie’s List, liked what I read, and gave them a call. I was able to get a technician out within a few hours and not only were they waiving the service fee that day but they honored my Angie's List coupon and gave me 15% off. My technician was Kris Anderson and he was wonderful. Very patient, explained all my options, and was able to complete the work right then. This company may not be the cheapest but I can tell you the quality of the materials and work, along with the warranty and top notch service I received was well worth the extra money to me.

Timely response. Called as promised before heading to house with an accurate ETA. More work was required than originally anticipated. He was prepared with parts to complete the job without a return. Much appreciated. Technician was very professional and not pushy about purchasing the most expensive unit - just gave the facts about each choice. I would definitely recommend their services.

You know how you take your car in for a oil change and they come out with 40 point recommendations for every flush imaginable and every tuneup that could be done? That is how it felt even after telling them money was a issue and I just wanted the current problem fixed-than followed by multiple disclaimers needing to be signed saying your not following the advice? Really? There were prompt and professional and fixed my problem for which I paid them,but didn't like their recommending every service at every moment.

Same day service, and a quick call ahead to let me know he was on his way so I could meet him there. The technician repaired, replaced, adjusted, and explained what he was doing and why, showing me the damaged parts. He made recommendations for future maintenance, as well.

It turned out that it was the way the sun was setting. It shined right into the sensor into the door. So you have to block the sensor.
