Rick and his crew were great. They were polite and friendly. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up after. I would highly recommend precision gutters.

Came by with a quote and suggested enhancements of present system of drainage [suggested draining from both ends of an overloaded gutter], showed up when promised to do the work, worked efficiently with a great crew, cleaned up well afterward and I am completely satisfied.

Rick was a real treat to work with. He answered his phone on my first call and climbed down off the ladder he was on to schedule an appt with me. The appt was in two weeks but one week later, Rick called and said he would be in my neighborhood that day and could we reschedule for that day. Of course we could and did. Rick showed up on time, did an excellent job repairing and replacing what needed to be done and gave us some advice on what will be needed in the future. Very reasonably priced! Highly recommend!

What a joy to deal with a company that comes in, does the work in a quick and professional way and then cleans up before leaving. I was very impressed not only with the price but with the quality of the work done. They do a complete evaluation of your needs and give you an honest and very fair price. The owner does the estimate and working with his crew does the work which is unique since everyone else sent a salesman. Rick isn't the most impressive salesman, but what he says he will do, he does. We live in a heavily wooded setting and the solution he recommended will hopefully resolve most of our issues with leaf debris. We know it is impossible to control everything, but we are very pleased with the work they did. Highly recommended.

We had a gutter that required some repair under our deck. Since I wasn't going to be the one crawling under there and making a home with the creepy crawlies I asked our roofing company (BCM Roofing) who they would recommend. They recommended Precision Gutters. I gave them a call on Monday and was told he could come by Tuesday afternoon since he had a job right down the road. They came, they crawled, fixed the gutter and gave me a quote to replace my crappy gutters. The price I paid was more than fair (especially since again, I wasn't crawling under the deck). They were friendly, professional and more than fair. The quote that we received was also within our pricepoint expectations as well. I plan to use them when they are replaced as other vendors were higher and far less professional.

Job was completed as agreed. Rick is very professional, reliable & easy to work with.

Before he came water was leaking backwards behind the gutters and rotting out the fascia boards. The gutters were constantly clogged and poorly graded. Water would pool in the middle of the gutter and overflow and never make it to the downspout. <br /> <br /> Once he finished, it rained/sleeted the next and water actually flowed through the correct path rather than overflowing the gutters.  I am satisfied with the work. <br /> <br />

Provider showed up when he said he would. Gave a fair estimate. Performed the work on time.

All gutters and downspouts were removed from house and attached garage.  I have buried downspouts which were causing me some concerns. Rick used a hose and snaked it through the ground, locating the drains.  It turned out that the drains were covered with grass not allowing the water to escape.  He cleared the grass and dirt away from the drains so that now the water can escape onto the ground.   New seamless gutters have been added to the house and gutter guards were installed.  Rick and his crew did a wonderful job.  When everything was done they cleaned up the yard (three times around to make sure they got everything) and finally used a leaf blower on the driveway so that no debris was missed.  I would highly recommend Precision Gutters to anyone.  The price quoted is exactly what was charged and their professionalism is beyond reproach. <br />

Quick response and great service.

Rick was quite busy, but was able to fit me in and do my gutters before it got too cold to do so.  I was very appreciative.  Gutters look good and so far seem to be working well. <br />

I had been frustrated finding someone to get up on my roof to check out the problem of the water not going into my gutters. I don't do ladders or roofs, but the job seemed too small for most contractors I contacted. Rick asked for 2-3 days which was not a problem at all for me and stopped by at the end of the day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly and had it all working smoothly in no time. He and his assistant were pleasant and professional. They cleaned up after themselves too. Great job! The contractor was really busy so it took him a couple of weeks to get to my house but he did keep in contact with me that he would come by which he did 3 weeks later. Again he confirmed my gutters were a custom color and he would have to do some research to find a match. Again it took a while but he did eventually send me samples which I was able to pick the color that matched the existing gutters.  Once he orders the material it took a week to get the material and complete the job. He did a excellent job, very thing looks good. He cleaned up the sight and you would never know it was replaced. Very happy with the job even know it took a while but that was expected due to the custom color on my house. <br />

They did a nice professional job and the gutters look good. They were careful with my landscaping and cleaned up after they were done. <br />

They called, were out within an hour and speedily performed the work.  The old gutter was taken down, cut up and carried off and all small bits of debris were cleaned up.  The replacement looks good, better than the original, although it has not yet been rain-tested.  Another gutter had its hangers adjusted so that water would actually flow downhill to the downspout--they made this look quick and easy.  Several weeks elapsed between the initial contact and the actual service, but this was easily explained by the current wind and weather conditions and was not seen as a sign of sloth or unwillingness to do the job. <br />

I was very impressed with the service and the price. Rick,the owner, was very polite and prompt in his responses. They tore off the gutters and downspouts and replaced them with new. Rick had good suggestions. He used a wider downspout. He had a crew of 4 that worked nonstop until the job was complete. No hidden charges. The new gutters improved the appearance of the house. <p>I contacted Rick Dewbre (Precision Gutters) through Angie's List via email on or about April 5 (Saturday).  He did acknowledge the email and said he would contact me the following week.  On Wednesday, he phoned around 4 pm and said he was in our area and would like to stop by.  Since the timing was perfect, I agreed.  He and his crew got up on the roof and saw the problem immediately.  He not only fixed the area but blew out the  dead leafs that were seen in the gutters.  The gutter guard was missing  in that area and he used his own material to repair it.  The best part is that he didn't charge us anything.  I would definitely recommend Rick to anyone.  </p> <br />

<p>Rick is a great person to work with, responsive and kept me updated on schedule and costs.  The crew showed up exactly when scheduled.  Very knowledgeable and pointed out some additional work that I should consider in  the near future.  All in all, very satisfied </p> <br />

Job well done. Was able to come back for fix a leak. Sometime harder to get a hold off but overall reliable.
