Heather and her company did a wonderful job preparing and deep cleaning my property for the summer rental season in 2024. We rent to a corporate client who is demanding about cleanliness for their staff members who live in the home for the summer. We value the client's business. We always feel secure knowing that Heather's team will exceed the client's expectations and help ensure their continued business.

Precision Home Care completed a deck remodel for us this spring. They gave our old deck, which is quite large at around 700 square feet, a face lift by resurfacing with Trex. The guys were very professional throughout, always ensured the job site was clean, and were punctual. Heather is great to work with as well, as she keeps you up to date with all activities and keeps full transparency with pricing. The price and value for the work performed was great. We were able to enjoy our new oasis this summer, before Memorial day as promised, and we would absolutely consider again for future jobs.

The service was easily set up through this app. An estimate was provided using a few pictures. The contractor doing the job showed up on time and understood the scope of the work and completed the job quickly. It was a positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Precision Home Care in the future.

I'm recommending Precision Home Care for cleaning and handyman work as well as general construction. I found PHC when I needed an industrial level cleaning at my neglected second home. Heather and her crew were not put off by the size of the job. They gave me a very fair price and their work was excellent. I was so happy with it that I asked her team to do some handyman work. Just like with the cleanup, the handyman work was done very well and on a timely basis. This gave me the motivation to get some bigger projects done, like replacing my old windows with energy efficient ones, among other general construction jobs. The team has been wonderful - fast, clean, skilled and pleasant to have around. They met with the window seller to measure and discuss how to fit the replacement windows in my old, not-square window sashes. The window seller went out of his way to tell me that "my guys" really knew their stuff. I already knew that, but it was good to hear from another source. Heather is the point person. She is friendly, accommodating, and very professional. I just can't recommend this company enough.

From the moment Jim stepped through the front door, we were impressed not only with his professionalism, but with his taking the time to explain exactly how he would go about each fix-it project. The quote came and was more than fair for the amount of work involved. Jim was thorough and meticulous in the execution of each project and was flexible and accommodating when many of the projects uncovered more work that needed to be done and even when we added additional projects. He never lost his sense of humor and he never gave up on us. In one month, he totally transformed our home from tired and worn to fresh and beautiful. He did such an amazing job, that the house sold in just 18 days. Jim's work ethic is remarkable especially for the Berkshires. We can't think of anyone else we've worked with over the years who would not have abandoned the project at some point along the way. He really pulled through for us when three days before the first open house, he uncovered a soaking wet, rotted sub-floor in one of our bathrooms. He put his head down, worked round the clock to fix it, and installed beautiful new flooring. We are so incredibly grateful to Jim (and Heather, too, who made the house sparkle -- and miraculously got rid of a stubborn bathtub rust ring that had been there for years!) We would hire Precision Home Care in a heartbeat at any time, for any project and highly recommend that you do too!!

Heather and her staff were punctual, professional, and was pleased with her service.

Heather and Ashley showed up on time and got right to work. They cleaned our (pretty big) house from top to bottom in about 2 hours. They did an awesome job and we have scheduled them to come back next week to do it again. <br /> Background info: I've never had someone else clean my house before, but Heather came by, we met and chatted, she checked out the house, and gave us a quote. We have 2 large dogs, a cat, and two kids, one of which is a newborn. We already had a hard time keeping up with the house, the addition of a newborn made it that much harder. Having Heather help out for a very reasonable fee has been totally awesome and unburdened us to focus on our family and not the dust bunnies rolling across the floor. <br /> <br />

I had hired her for a previous job after the tenant left the apt in a unfavorable condition and she made it sparkling clean.I was happy to have her available at this busy season for her before the holidays. <br /> Again, She was excellent and I would hired her,again.

Heather and Ashley arrived, ready to go as well as being very friendly. I felt confident and safe with them. <br /> This was their first time at my home, I showed them what needed to be done in terms of priority. They went to work - they stayed focused, they did a very good job, and the house feels great! I would hire them again. <br />

Two ladies arrived on time and started to work immediately. They made plan of where they would start and stuck to this plan. They worked quickly and efficiently....they worked smart. They started out at 9am and finished at 3pm. They did not take any breaks, or take any offers of coffee or other beverage, they just kept working. When the time was going over the agreed amount for pricing, the owner of the business told me that this was going to happen and was it okay that they continue to work. <br />

My parents needed help with cleaning floors, bathrooms, and the kitchen. I initially searched reviews on google and called two cleaning agencies in Pittsfield because these agencies were in the same town as my parents, but neither called me back. I was frustrated and decided to spend the money to join Angie's List and wasn't sorry I did. I read the reviews and decided to contact Precision Home Care even though the agency was in Williamstown. Heather, the owner of the company, was so helpful over the phone in explaining what she could do and worked with me long-distance to arrange for her services. She was willing to travel to Pittsfield, which was quite a drive. My mother has nothing but positive feedback. She related that Heather is dependable and hard-working, in addition to having a pleasant personality. My mom is hard to please when it comes to cleaning, so her stamp of approval means a lot. I found Heather's prices reasonable and have hired her to clean my parents' home on a regular basis. I highly recommend her services. <br /> <br />

Heather was responsive to my initial phone call and has consistently been easy to contact for subsequent appointments. She was and continues to be flexible with my schedule and requests and she has always been punctual. While my home is in Becket (which is more than around the corner for Heather) I find her to be very willing to make an appointment work for both of us. In a short time Heather has proven herself to be trustworthy and I would not hesitate to have her clean either while I am there or on her own. <br /> Heather does a thorough job and doesn't miss a thing, but she is also efficient. I find the speed at which she works to be perfect, doing a nice job but not overcharging. <br /> Personally, Heather is very pleasant with a great sense of humor, a delight to talk to. I have no reservation to recommend Heather to my neighbors. <br />

First let me say, I paid Heather almost twice her asking price because she was worth it. She was, both times she came to my home, prompt to the minute. She came fully prepared with her own supplies and had even to be convinced to use my paper towels. She would have done anything I needed her to do in the house as far as cleaning goes, including removing trash or doing laundry. She was energetic, fast and thorough -- and she was lovely to spend time with.As I said, this home I found myself in was too dirty to live in. I decided that it was not my job to clean inside the cabinets ( I just left the dishes and pots as they were and decided not to use them. ) Heather would have cleaned everything in those cabinets had I asked her. But I decided that we would concentrate on the kitchen surfaces ( i.e. counters and appliances on them and stove top and appliances on it ) as well as the bathroom and the unimaginable amount of mold and mildew in there. She whipped through it all quickly and thoroughly, and made it shine and smell fresh. She did vaccuum and dust the rest of the house beautifully and left it looking lovely. She even turned over all furniture searching for an unpleasant odor which she feared was, and turned out to be, a dead mouse. Despite her squeamishness ( she was so much better than I at that moment ), she embalmed that critter in paper towels and a plastic bag and happily took him away for burial. Thank goodness for Heather.Heather is a lucky find for me, and she is someone with whom I hope to have a long relationship. She is a hard and great worker, and she is helpful in any way you might need. She is trustworthy beyond question, and I will definitely call her next summer when I again return to her neck of the woods. I only wish she would travel to Boston to clean my home all winter. She is a gem, and I would recommend her to everyone.
